Weird problem

I've only noticed this with my shorty batteries so far but I find it weird. Sometime I try to take a puff but nothing happens.. the light will light up but no heating takes place as if the battery is dead...then I try another cart and it works...then later I put on the cart that didn't work and it then works. Not sure what's going on, happen to anyone else?

If this is one of the original run of shorties (not the current ones) then they had a few oddities (the reason V4L changed manufacturers (I believe) for the shorties). There is/was a sticky on them. If it's a real problem I think if you mention it in your next order's comments, V4L will sort you out.

yea leaford has a sticky on how to fix the old shorties. Worked gone for me!

i have had some carts that dont work on the passthrough and work on batts and vice versa, i think its just manufacturing, if it becomes a problem steve and co will take care of you .

Have you tried just loosening the cart then tightening it down? It might just be losing connection.
