Well, I managed to bring my Vision Vivi Nova back to life with my last remaining 2.8 ohm head.

I use two VVs, the Torpedo VVV (Lavatube knockoff), and the Kgo VV. I also have a joyetech eGo 1000 mah standard battery. Well, earlier today, the Nova was working fine with all three batteries. But all of a sudden, and I have no idea why, the Nova just stopped working on the Kgo VV.

I unscrewed it and tried it on my Torpedo and it worked fine. I unscrewed it and tried it on my old standard eGo battery, and it works just fine. But I screwed it onto my Kgo VV and it just won't fire, period. No matter what volt setting it is at. Battery life is fine, I checked the threading for gunk or something that might short it out or keep it from making a connection. But everything works just fine on the Kgo except the Nova, and the Nova works on everything except the Kgo.

Anybody else have this weird thing happen?

EDIT: I should have posted this in the tanks subforum. Sorry, mods. If you have to move it, I understand!

The Vivi is a bit long and if screwed on a bit tight can push down on the centre post on your pv. It's possible the KGO centre post has been pushed down and now is not connecting with the Vivi. Have you tried gently raising the centre post just a bit?

How do I do that?

NM. Fixed it!! Word, brother! I used my pocket knife and gently nudged the center post up. Thanks for your wisdom! Bazinga!

I have the same problem with my kgo vv. Usually what I do is take the cap off the vivi nova and the rubber cap and use my finger nail or something to screw down the head just a little more. The connector on kgo has always been solid and hard, not like an ego which has a spring below it.
Try turning the head down a little more.
