I posted something for you about carrying kits and cartos, drip tips and the China order. Bob and H-man thought it sounded like Wendy Whiner so I deleted it. Now I know; there's no whining in ejuice, LOL. I love these guys.

I have spent some time with the new pear, and I must say, u guys have done it again! Very good pear flavor, it's sweet and sort of, idk, sandy,(not in a bad way, like a pear) and tastes just like a pear! IMO it is right up there with the sweet tangerine and ripe strawberry! They are both very good and in my daily rotation either alone or mixed with other juice.

With the pear I have had it alone, but for some crazy reason I decided to mix it with the juicy fruit, yummy!! Give it a drip, tell me what u think?

My cold is on its way to being gone, the weekend is starting, got my pear and juicy fruit, ima gonna vape happy!

Ok so I jumped on the discount bandwagon last Saturday and put in an order with altcigs.

On Monday received an email giving me the tracking number and by the time I had a chance to check it the order had been received by USPS. Tuesday still in Vegas, Wednesday still in Vegas...starting to see a common theme ?

Saturday rolls around and my delivery has stubbornly refused to leave Vegas according to Track and Trace. Ok had that before thought I. Will wait till the mail comes and send in an email.

Mailman appears no juice.

I sent in a ticket asking what I should do as the altcigs had done their part and within 2 hours I had received a reply giving me a new order number. It is now Monday, obviously, and my delivery is in Orlando already.

Fantastic service. If the juice is half as good as the service I am sold !

Thank you, Andy! We're vapers and know how frustrating it is when you can track where your juice is sitting and it's not getting any closer. It's nice to hear that your replacement is in Orlando already Yours is the second order lost in the USPS system. The other has been stuck in Bell Gardens, CA for weeks. You and Candace were both so nice. We have pretty incredible customers. Hope you find your All Day in your package.

For what it's worth: Since you're a new vaper you may or may not know about steeping. All of our juices are made to order. Yours are ready to vape since you didn't get tobaccos. Full flavor development happens around the 10 day mark for me where they transition from really good to amazing. You'll see your juice tan during that time. When you find your go-to juices you'll know by the hue when it's reached its full potential for you. For fast steeping you can put your juices in a ziplock baggie and place them in a bowl of hot water (never put a bottle in the microwave!). Follow that with extreme agitation - shake it like crazy then take off the cap and dropper cap to cool. That's several days worth of steeping in 30 minutes. Overnight open in a medicine cabinet or somewhere the cat can't get it will speed steeping also.

Just got your CRM ticket. It's good news that both packages arrived! Means USPS has only lost one instead of two so far. Enjoy or share. Glad they made it to you Andy

So far I have tried Vanilla Love, Alt RY4, NanaGram, Gingerbread Brulee, Tanjerine and Spiced Cookie....All of these have great flavor and plenty of vapor! My Favs are RY4, Spiced Cookie and Vanilla Love....
Now I'm looking forward to try some of their other flavors this week!

Well, I have a small complaint to make about the communication part... I did PMed Boodle on 02/19 about a question I had (I tried to respond to his answer at "Altcig -- Tank-Worthy Juices" but I didn't have permission to do that) but never received an answer...Is it because I am an international customer and not a US one
