Nice to know someone likes 'gotvapes', i've had nothing but problems with that company. i gave up on them.

Startdusts are a tough one... first, everyone and their dog makes a copycat... makes it hard to compare them when you aren't certain if they are made by Vision or not... They have gone through several revisions but of the ones I'm pretty sure where Vision branded.. I've not seen an issue with dry hits... partially muted flavor or a hard pull is what I've read most consistantly.

GotVapes isn't selling anything different than other places... the main difference I see with them is that they are actively working with their vendors to give them the feedback they get from their clients so that when issues are found, they can be addressed. So the industry as a whole has two sides to it... the crooks that copy anything they can and don't worry about anything like quality just to make a buck... and the ones that are trying to advance the industry and make it better. The first ones are easy to understand why there are issue with their products, they don't worry about QC period. The companies that are trying to make advancements... do move through new products a lot and in doing so, there will be a bomb on occasion that doesn't work for a lot of people even when they test it a lot themselves.

I relate the companies that are trying to make advancements in PV products are a lot like the same type of companies that are trying to advance software on computers... There is no way they can test for every scenerio so the end users ( us ) sometimes feel like we are guinea pigs... when in fact it is just from it being such a complex issue that testing can only catch a part of any possible issue that may exist.

The only issue I had with GV was actually with the NYC USPS shipping which is terribly unreliable... since GV moved their warehouse to TX recently all is well again. On other issues I've had them replace a poorly working clearo head ( not DOA, but just not working properly ), they've just given me wicking and wire to rebuild with without charging anything. Of course there have been issues with brand new product that wasn't up to snuff and didn't perform great also... but I get that with other companies as well just as much. I just realize that will brand new products that haven't been used by many yet... there will be a bigger chance that some won't work as expected... that is why I also order proven products along with them just in case the new stuff isn't too my liking.

Speaking of new stuff ( new to me )... I got my order in from Bryan and need to fill up some clearo's to test out the Chai Tea, the Cappuccino Diablo as well as a new test product he slipped in... a 555 type... I also got some Clove from a order or so back that I need to decide if it's time to revisit it yet or wait another week but I need to look at it's born on date to figure that one out.

I received some more juice today, and am happily vaping an Iced Chai Latte. I did not know I would have never thought to ask for the Iced part on the side. Very nice touch Bryan, knowing what I would want before I did.

Hi, everyone - just wanted to join this thread, since Highbrow has become one of my extremely favorite juice vendors. I am in love with Creme Brulee, and head-over-heels with Cheesecake Torte. It's fainting-good!

A quick comment on Stardusts... I've had some from some vendors that died on the second draw, didn't wick worth anything, tasted funny, yada, yada.

I have 35 of them from GotVapes in use currently, some a couple of months old. Short-wicked. As long as I keep at least one wick wet (either tip or dip), they don't dry hit - not even with Boba's. The only problem with them is that the tubes crack at the base. Which I'm planning on fixing, since these things ain't cheap. Besides, the newer ones have stronger tubes, apparently.

I suppose I'm a Stardust "fangirl", but they've treated me right. LOL

But, also, I'm a "flavor nazi" - which is why I'm here, from what I've seen so far, Highbrow rocks - and to me the Stardust gives the truest flavor profile: it's flat; it doesn't amplify anything, the flavor intensity is evenly distributed so it doesn't disturb the juice. It might come across a bit "softer" because of it, sometimes, but, imho, it's worth it... I hope they keep this version around, whatever else they do.

Latest edition of ViVi Nova is pretty good too - they've worked out all the problems, it seems.

I thought I'd pop back in and report back at least on the Chai Tea...

This is a very nice vape and I'm really happy I didn't have Brian modify it before I tasted it... With typical teas, I always add sugar and I do think that for me that barely a touch of "sugar" would be right but only just a touch... a typical amount of sweetener would have covered up many of the nuances the juice has. The flavors in this are already perfectly balanced and if you must have it sweetened... do it lightly.

As for the Cappuccino Diablo, I know everyone that reported back that they really liked it... this one is probably not for me but I'm going to come back to it just in case steeping it makes changes that I can't anticipate... I know this has happened before with other juices, so I'll be patient here also.

If you can make it taste like Amaretto Cherry Sour ingediants i use to make the drink.1 - 2 oz Amaretto Di Amore liqueur, 1 oz sweet and sour mix, 1 tbsp grenadine syrup, 1 - 2 oz lemon lime soda, Chill all ingredients before serving. Pour over crushed ice in a medium-sized cocktail glass, and stir well. Top with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

The first one I tried was the custom drink I specially asked them to make for me which was the Amaretto cherry sour. They didn’t offer it by default I took a chance in asking if they can make it and I even provided them the cocktail recipe to see if they can match the flavor.

I took out a brand new boge carto and primed it up with amaretto cherry sour. While I waited I made myself a Amaretto Cherry Sour. This was to compare and to get me into the mood. As I sipped and drank I compared the smell and the aroma was very close to the real thing. After waiting 5 minutes I took my ProVari and adjusted the volts to 4.2 and gave it a few toots. WoW, WOW!!!! And triple WOW… I'm shocked so shocked I need to toot me some more. WOW, I rose up the volts to 4.8 then to 5.5 Oh dear I’m in heaven. I have to give credit where its do, I got to know who made this EJuice its so good and it taste so much better than the real thing. Its so good folks that I want to take a glass full of ice and just pour the ejuice to it and drink it. The hot moist vape leaves the tongue wanting more and more. Oh my gosh you guys who are amaretto fans have to try some of this. It will take you to a special place oh man it’s so good. It will leave you wanting more I promise you. So far I just tooted almost 6 ml and I have to place another order since I’ almost done with this bottle. I only ordered 10ml IU should have asked for 30ml.

Anyone that is a amaretto fan will love and want to have this drink. You won’t see this on their website being that I custom ordered it but I’m sure if you select there amaretto and then add in comments you want it the way I asked them to custom it they should be able to do it. Just reference me (Bishopheals or order number 5366) this e juice is phenomenal. WoW I would love to give you guys a more descriptive review but I just can’t seem to put this juice down. To make it easier make yourselves a Amaretto cherry sour with the recipe I provided that alone will give you a taste of how this vape is. It’s a wonderful vape. Thanks highbrow…

Girl it has the best throat hit Oh DEAR what a good hit. The taste of amaretto, cherry, lemon. Spicey throat hit. MMmmm when I inhale I’m tasting a little of the amaretto with hints of lemon and mild cherry as I keep drawing slowly the hot moist vapor saturates my tongue and gives it a punch of flavors. as if i am drinking the actual cocktail. When I exhale Oh dear it’s orgasmic. You can really loose yourself with the taste of amaretto, lemon, and cherry. There is another taste im trying to make out just havent hit it yet. Someone must of used the recipe i gave them and not only was it duplicated but it tastes even better than the physical drink I’m having. Go figure.

What sad is I’m almost done with the bottle I’m going to need a lot more.

That Amaretto Sour Cherry sounds divine!! I'm so glad you're pleased; but I am not surprised that Highbrow was able to produce such a splendid concoction!

I make my own "homemade" Amaretto Sour just by mixing HV's Amaretto and Orange de Sangre together. You might enjoy that combo as well!
