Not a good beach day.. High winds, strong surf, flying sand, high tide. And a high of 80 degrees. It's going to get cold tonight. I hope gor better day tomorrow.

It's cold! I'm in sweat pant, shirt and socks. I had to close the door because of the cold air. It's in the 60's. I will not survive winter.

I cant believe it is getting that cold at night up there already. It is too early for that . I rather wish it would cool of here a bit , but I do have sweatshirts ready to go LOL>

Its already 55 here now and supposed to be 39 for the next 2 mornings. EEEK! We have no heat yet. Fleece jammies were washed today and are on standy.

It's 45 right now with an expected low tonight of 35. We've been running the heat for a couple days now. Last week we had to keep switching between furnace and air conditioner...

The week before last our nightly lows were in the high 70's--the high tomorrow is supposed to be 63. Everybody thinks the local weather is "strange," but one year we had an inch and a half snow on the ground for Thanksgiving and it was 75 on Christmas.

A lot of people moving to central or southern Florida like to say they miss having seasons--people moving to Kentucky have to get used to the idea of having all four seasons within the same month
