Hello!

My name is Erik and my business is VaporCrypt.com. We are a store focusing mainly on vaping equipment and supplies. Our current selection is limited but I am listening very closely to my customers and will be placing an order soon. I was told 75 for free shipping was too much, so I lowered it to 50. I was told MVP2 for 50$ was too much, so I lowered it. I am here and listening for your guys advice, don't take advantage of it.

Currently I have a lot of MVP2 and Protank 3 I would like to get rid of, so I am pricing them competitively and offering you guys a coupon code(bottom of this post). This puts the MVP2 kit at almost below 40$, tell your friends that want to get started!

Here is a list of new supplies I will be carrying soon(hcigar):

6x aqua
3x omega
3x gamma
2x 3D
2x trident V2
15x muffler drip tip
3x hammer mod
7x origin mod
2x sentinel m16ss
7x nemesis ss
2x chi you mod
4x trustfire chargers

28/30/32/34 kanthal a1 wire

30x Sony VTC4 batteries 18650

10x kayfun lite plus (ehpro)

What do you think? Would you order from me? What should I add or remove, be brutally honest! I know my juice options are lacking, but I am primarily a hardware shop with juice as a convenience for those wishing to get everything in one place. I was considering carrying suicide bunny juice options, what do you think?

Thank you all for being so welcoming, I absolutely love this community and I rely on you to help me better myself and my store! Lets hear it, leave a comment with your thoughts or desires!

And last but not least, a coupon code for you guys for 10 percent off all items, anytime, anywhere! Enjoy! :vapor:

Shipping forwarder in China has picked up orders, progress!

Also I wanted to say that my home base of operations is in Seattle and if anyone is local you are welcome to come see the stock, or get help picking out a setup. I could deliver or you could come pickup your order if you're ever in a hurry for a certain part! Also if you are a supplier in Seattle I'd love to get together over some beer or coffee and discuss business, and how to be successful!

Its very odd that no one has chimed in. I guess you need some clowns, and sexy girls vaping picts. Or start giving away stuff? This whole business seems to be word of mouth and who has the greatest and latest for the cheapest.
I feel for you and I hope that the bumps help out.

Lets get some members to take a look:)

Right!?? I have some friends that are going to wear some apparel for me once I get it, and we can get some awesome girls in vape gear pictures. I'll do giveaways next week. I have a group buy going on currently. I have the latest and greatest incoming next week and will be stocked to the max!

Yeah, contests are a good way to get people's attention... ;) but make sure it's something that will bring traffic to your site so they can see what products you are carrying!!

I'll be pretty blunt, though I just spoke to you in your other thread and you seem to have this part covered for now: I can't stress enough the importance of customer service. As you get busier I hope you have others that might be able to help out with your business or a way to hire help. Good customer service makes me, for one, far more loyal than pricing or products. I may throw a bone to a cheap company with bad CS on occasion but it's usually due to limited options.

As an example: the genuine Hana I have coming. The shop pulled it off their site recently. I'm okay with that but it's a pricey mod and this got me wondering. Figured I should email them just to check and make sure they were still going to be getting my order. First time I emailed them I never received a response. I waited ample time, gave them 5 days before I emailed again. Got a reply, finally, two days after that without much explanation on anything other than "sorry we overlooked your email" and "website maintenance" as to why the product disappeared. Man. I hope they don't "overlook" my order when it comes in.

Thats no good man. I know ".... happens" but they should have at least had an explanation. If you're going to be busy or out of town, post on your blog saying we are experiencing difficulties or something. Send an email to all people with pending orders to let them know, its not hard to do. If I get busy enough I have a lot of friends that are out of work that I would love to help out, so I'm sure that I will always be staffed with caring genuine people that care about my business, and that means they care about my customers. Theres not much to set yourself apart from others in this business, but CS is one thing that can. I'll do my best! :)

hey i got a couple sony vtc4 batteries from vapor crypt and they work great so far but with all this talk of counterfeit batteries, do you know for sure that yours are genuine sony batteries? i just dont want to go blowing my face off when i go even lower ohms. maybe it is a little much to ask, but where do you get the batteries from?
