Well, after 8 days I got my juice

The Riskee, just kind of "eh" for me, the Marlboro was good tho. I have a small problem with my order tho and I have e-mailed Steve about it and hope he replies. Right now I am ordering from Puresmoker.com purely on the customer service.

I did get a little freebie tho, and the pina colada aint too bad.

Give Riskee a few days. Most people find it *ehhh* to begin with but after a few days that seem to like it a lot more

You're right, the Pina Colada isn't bad, but in small doses for me....in fact, I added a drop of the Pina Colada to my Riskee...not bad either.

See, HERE is why I am going to order from puresmoker.com as much as I can for now on. The "problem" was explained satisfactoraly to me, and even tho it's no longer a problem, Steve has gone out of his way to go above and beyond what anyone else would do. Vegas. Drinks. I'm buying.

I can't wait until they move and get their inventory set up. My PeeWee is awesome. I have no idea why people don't like it. three drops in a cart lasts more than a day for me. I plan on stepping down the nic levels to 0. My next order with be all atomizers and 0 nic juice (if they have it).

Well, I feel silly bringing it up but it was VERY minor.... The bottle sizes and fill levels confused me. Looking ay them now, I think I might have actualy gotten a bit MORE juice than I ordered. Some of the bottles were different sized and not filled to the top. Also, we ordered 1 bottle of Marlboro Fierce and on bottle of high. We were goning to cut the fierce with the high, but are actualy glad we got the fierce in both now as it was perfect for us. Steve explained this to me very satisfactory and promptly. Now THAT is customer service.

Just my 2 cents but I love the customer service I have gotten from Puresmoker (steve and daniel). That is the main reason all my orders have been done with them. (3 total so far) I was thrown by the 50 ml bottle too but figured they wouldnt short change me as that isnt their way. Nothing seemed like it had spilled in shipping so I think its all good. Keep up the great work and good luck again on your move.

Couldn't agree more about the customer service. I kinda figured the fill level of the bottles was what you were concerned about. I just got a 50ml bottle in yesterday, and had a similar issue, although mine was a bit different. The USPS was pretty mean to the bubble envelope, and 2 holes were left in the top of the bottle. The inside of the envelope was a sticky, wet mess. Even the outside of the package was sticky. My mailbox now smells like Riskee Yuice! Wouldn't be surprised if there's a great-smelling USPS truck driving around for at least a few days, either lol. It wasn't even quite half-way full, so I wasn't sure if that was normal or not. Apparently it did lose a lot of the liquid, and they're sending me a new bottle! They definitely took good care of me. My hat is off to them.

As I have said, the customer service is WAY above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Puresmoker is now my shop of choice & I will order from them whenever I can. Plus, if the 3 of them ever get to Vegas, the 1st round is on me.

Very helpful pic. Looks like mine was halfway full after the USPS finished mangling the package! And ya the 50ml bottle is huge lol I'm glad I ordered a sample pack last month.. I use the smaller 6ml bottle to carry around the liquid i'm actually using. Much more convenient! But it's very nice to have plenty of juice around.
