Where else will you find so many people jumping in to help you find your perfect vape? Nowhere. Only in Reoville.

Ha! Yeah....true. So much help, solicited or not. Ha. We all feel like we have THE answer. I think that's partly what was off-putting in the beginning of his Reoville experience. I think he was completely overwhelmed with our enthusiasm and it almost scared him off. Ha. But I think he's getting to know us now and he can see that we're just all a little..........ummmm......crazy!

So Cal
You guys are awesome.

So much of what everyone said makes perfect sense.

to debz: if you read back through a few pages (maybe more than a few, lol), you'll see that I am trying to match my vapor production as well as intensity of flavor that my .4ohm Chi is producing. So 1.2 will be a complete let down to me. In fact, my first coil was in fact 1.2 and I thought I was going to stroke out trying to get the vapor out of the device. I like nice, warm, flavorful, thick clouds of vapor. I do not get that at 1.2 ohms. I basically like when the coil is so angry, it's basically force feeding the vapor into your mouth, down my throat, and into my lungs with little inhaling involved. This is exactly how my Chi is right now and man, I can just feel/taste the flavors of the vape ease into my mouth/tongue, and on down.

I am here at work, gonna look into boring out that post hole so I can for sure get that 26g nich in there and possibly look into dual coils.

Well...I'm not into angry coils. For me, it was best to start with the basics -- success from the start without any frustration.

Everyone takes their own path. You'll find your way.

While it may satisfy or impress those coming from filtered light cigarettes, for some of us, super-ohm just isn't an option. It wouldn't keep me off my tobacco cigars and pipes, for example. I suspect I'd feel the same if coming from unfiltered Camels, Pall Malls, etc.

Trips me out that even Drifter says he prefers 2ohm+ coils. Man, I wouldn't see the point in building my own if that was the case. I would just wrap a micro coil in a protank and save a ton of money.

This time around I am NOT playing Devils Advocate, rather, just giving my honest to goodness thoughts and opinions.

While a lot of people think the 'meat tubes' are unattractive and awkward in the pocket, I tend to disagree. My chi slides into my pocket perfectly and I hardly notice it's there, not to mention I think the device in itself is absolutely gorgeous (especially after a nice polish job). I typically ran it in 18490 mode so it's sleek and as we all know definitely not very beefy in the diameter department. Also, with the current wrap/coil I have on my Chi, I can TRULY get 10-12 monster clouds before I have to re-drip. It's not like I am pulling the cap off every puff of two. Again, the Chi is a very solid mod, and the particular coil and wick I have on it right now is undoubtedly the best I have ever done. I didn't doubt the fact the Reo would struggle holding up, but still have hope that I can do enough tweaking to get it where I want it.

I carry two key rings (home/work), one in each front pocket, so anything I carry with them gets pretty scratched up. The tumbled Grand goes in a back pocket, with my knife and single CR123 flashlight and still gets some wear and tear. That's one reason I bought it in addition to the powdercoated one. A tube mod wouldn't carry as well for me. Obviously, this is YMMV.

The RM2 is my first RDA, so squonking every second or third hit isn't that different than dripping a disposable atty, which was my "Holy Cow!" moment in vaping, coming from ProTanks. A different perspective, but I don't even think about it any more. Had I not discovered the REOs, I'm sure I'd have wound up with a high end mech (not into clones) with a nice RDA for dripping at home.

I think you're going to be satisfied with a 0.5Ω Nichrome micro coil, especially considering the 6 ml and 18650 in such a tiny package. I do them a little different, putting micro gaps between the wraps. With 100 foot rolls of wire for $6 each, you can afford to play around a lot, and a little change to a coil can make significant change in VTF.

eta: all my DIY is 50/50 as well, but I'm moving toward 40/60.

Mmmm this Bobas is pretty darn tasty! I think it could use some steeping, but the flavor is very good. A lot of people say graham crackers, I think I get more of a marshmellow-ey flavor.. Maybe a shmore (spelling? lol) like flavor but veryyyy light on the Choclate side. The smell out of the bottle is actually has more hints of actual tobacco than most tobacco flavored juices. Interested to see how the gorilla juice is :)

I love Boba's, but I find it a bit rich for an ADV. Today is commercial day for me. Pluid in the PC, Rob's favorite AVE Havana Gold in the tumbled.

I have heard some about this 'Pluid', but I haven't got a clue as to what it is lol..

I should have ordered a little 6ml sample of the Havana. Next time for sure.

Pluid's only available periodically on VapingWatch.com. Looks like they still have 30 ml bottles of 20 mg nic available. It's unique to say the least (anise, absinthe, citrus, a TINY bit of green food coloring). Highly addictive.

If you want it, buy fast. I hear Agent Orange and Maha Ra are good too but haven't tried them. They're popular.
