That would be frightening - glad to hear it worked out okay. I had a Cocker that even ate stuff that was nailed down. Swallowed a carpet tack that punctured his stomach and landed on his liver. Through the grace of some power, the tack didn't puncture the liver- during the surgery they found it just laying there and lifted it off. He recovered promptly. Weird dog, used to eat cigarette butts.

Post a pic of your lucky saint if you can.

The first is a little outdated, but cute. And to clarify, He's a Saint and Retriever mix.

I'm being extra careful now. All of my juice is going to be staying on top of the fridge.

Thank god your little guy made it out ok! William just has what i call a "curious tongue." I came home today and he was licking the wall in my kitchen.

That second picture is adorable. All "This is MY chair. Is comfy. Go 'way, please."

Or maybe that's just how I'd be if I were sprawled :)

That pretty much is how he is. If I sit in that chair I have a lap full of dog.

Kmac- Be careful with those kitties! I hate learning things the hard way!

Atchungbaby-- face scrub? maybe he liked the crunch?

lo thatch - That's really why i brought it up. Better to learn from someone else's mistakes than suffer the consequences if something truly bad happens.
