Were there delays last week?

Ordered new carts last Tuesday, just 2-3 days normal USPS from Chicago...still waiting for something to show up. Postman had nothing for me today and tracking actually shows only initial shipping notice has been sent (yes, I know USPS tracking is crap). Unfortunately, I ran out of carts yesterday.

Any sort of big shipping delays last week?

Yes Columbus Day. Holiday for the post office. I would say within the next 2-3 days the mail will catch up.

Yea, I know about Columbus day, but that didn't stop mail on Saturday's. It's been a week since I ordered. Just wondering because it's slower than last time I ordered that's all (Ordered Wed arrived on Sat last time).

My order that shipped Wednesday got routed to San Diego, and some others said that their order got routed to the wrong place (Maine via Florida for example) I think that the post office got their systems messed up or someone sorting the mail was sleeping on the job lol. I normally would have gotten it Friday, but since it went via San Diego, I didn't get it until today! It was worth the wait btw - Thanks Steve!

In my account on the V4L site, it has said Shipment Pending all weekend, yesterday, and all day today..... Hmmmm. I know they couldn't ship over the weekend or yesterday, but I would have thought the shipment might have gone out today already.

Now that Mark is back on limited duty and they are training new people, I am sure that they will get back on stride soon. Poor Steve was trying to hold it together alone and is fried! lol

It could be that the computer just didn't get updated.

USPS is obviously having some issues. I ordered some stuff last Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday, and still isn't here. No fault of V4L of course, but something is going on with USPS with all the delays and misdirects.

There tracking has been screwed up for about 5 days as well...good news is we receievd many special cartomizers today, we were praying for

It will get back to normal soon. We have most every order shipped thru this morning now.

It sounds to me like a batch of orders got misrouted from V4L last week. As for orders over the weekend, everything is going out today up until early this morning. We have been picking and packing non-stop for the last 2 days

I placed my first order last Sunday night & got it on Wednesday.

Placed my 2nd order Wednesday night & got it Saturday.

My 3rd order was last night & V4L shows it shipped. USPS is behind the 8 ball on this one, but I figure I'll have it Thursday.

I did have another order get misrouted in Dallas, but it got here a day late.

As far as I'm concerned, Steve & Mike are definitely on the ball. Thanks guys!

I'm beginning to believe that USPS is in the middle of being hacked. My package was in North Houston(very close to me) as of last night, now today, it was sent to College Station(1.5hrs away or so). Tracking says "Missent 8:56am"

I wasn't able to follow it after it arrived in San Diego because the USPS tracking was down for a few days, but it did arrive safe and sound today! =)
