Wetbox repairs?

I have a Wetbox and I love it, but the switch is dead. As it is coated in epoxy, and I have limited (meaning no) soldering skills, is there a way to send it in and get it fixed?

I got mine in the mail yesterday. I'm having trouble with decent vape, so I looked at the battery connection and it barely touches the top to make a contact and the battery rolls out when I take the door off. This doesn't seem right. Who do I email about this?

Are you using the High Drain IMR14500 battery?
If you are you need a 6mm magnetic battery spacer.

BTW, just got another (pink) Wetbox for the wife, one I borrowed from my sister, mine, and the original black of the wife's gives me 4 Wetboxes!
