Hmmm. I get about an hour and a half of use from a Dura manual battery. It is pretty constant use though through that time. I take about five to six second drags.

Sounds like you're using it harder than me. I generally take 3-4 second drags and one battery charge lasts me a good 4 hours.

I think so. My batteries are a little older I think as well. They were the first manuals that came out, I swapped my original automatic Dura batters out for them. I think I might be using them more often as well. I vape pretty often throughout an hour. Recently I have been trying to get back into a more structured 'smoke-break' schedule. For awhile there I was using real low nic juice and just vapeing more or less constantly. I really wish someone would make a 510 to 901 battery connector so I could use my Dura atomizers on the Screwdriver. I think that might be interesting.

Isn't that more or less what a Janty Stick is?

No, the Janty Stick uses penstyle atomizers. The Cameo will use Dura atomizers I believe but will still use around a 330 MAH battery versus the 880 MAH battery that the Screwdriver uses. Although if the Cameo will have a built in passthrough capability like the Stick remains to be seen. When I give up on one of my Dura manual batteries I think I'll give a go at a magnum type Dura mod.

Thanks for putting me right on that.

Wow! That is some battery life! I've got six batteries that don't last me through the day without hitting the charger.
Similar to strayling. 3 to 5sec drags, 4 hours or so on a charge. Mind you these are new batteries, the charge life could well decrease in time if I understand the other threads I've read regarding battery life

Np, we've all got to share the info we are picking up. It's a lot of crap to keep straight.

My batteries brand new lasted me about three hours at peak so based on what you guys have said I think it is just normal battery degradation. These little batts can't last forever, especially being charged at least once a day. They have settled in, so I'd expect performance to start dropping on yours in another month or so.

Data point: I've had my Dura-C batteries for a month now and haven't noticed a change yet.

Positives...

- strong hit

-HEAVY ad warm vapor

Negatives...

- Battery lasts 2 hrs max for me (moderate vaping)

- atomizer gets burning hot (burned my finger!)

- when dripping... although it can't leak in battery... it leaks out the sides of the atomizer and all over my hands! I HATE that!

- the button could get pushed in my pocket so I have to hold it all the time

- there is no light so I have no idea of it is on or not

- button is annoying to push (too thin) even with my thumb

Other than that I love it.

Kidding.. I will not likely use it very much. Might sell it to one of the vapors Club guys who liked it. Only used it twice.

This is my first day with Yeti/510, and from what I understand, I got the redesigned model that should prevent leaks and has the manual switch. So far I am extremely happy with it mainly because of the consistent huge hit it produces. Far better than any 901 or 801 I've tried!

Don't know about the battery life yet, but my first day the battery lasted about the same or maybe a bit less than 901 battery. Recharge, however, seems to be faster.

One thing I don't like is the mouth piece -- I like the tapered 901 mouth piece much more. But I am sure manufacturer could introduce that in the future.

The atomizer does get a bit hot, but from what I can tell it is only when it starts running dry.

I'll need to see how well will the Yeti hold up with more use, but the throat hit is so spectacular with any liquid I've tried that this may become my favorite just because of that.

I really like my 510's as well. I suspect there is a supplier on the west coast, who shall remain nameless, who is working on a usb pass thru. I am only guessing, I have no inside information. This would be a great addition to the 510. The only thing I would change about mine is the leaking carts. While they do not leak that bad, it is somewhat of a hassle. The 510 blows the 901 away. The 901 was my last e cig. before I got the 510.

Great idea for a thread, srtga... I was just wondering the same thing, there's a lot of love for the 510 and I haven't seen what people consider the downsides yet.

For me, I'd also like to see a USB passthrough available, and I've been getting a lot of leakage like Spikey described. Lately I'm having some trouble with getting burned plastic taste, occassionally flaring up into electrical fire taste and vapor, but I'm in the process of cleaning out all my atomizers really well and hope to have it figured out soon.

Other than that, I find this device to be much more reliable and easy to use than the M401 I tried and returned before it...

I've been getting a funny taste as well... I just swap cigs for a while and it seems to resolve itself.

Be sure to post about your cleaning adventures!

I just got my 510 from Jason over at ElectronicStix.com and I'm totally blown away. I still love my 306 but the 510 with the manual batt and LED has been awesome so far. I got about 3 hours out of it but that's because I vape like train and I didn't charge it when I got it. I imagine the battery to last a lot longer with a full charge. I think longer drags effects the battery life of any e-cig), and I take 5-6 second drags since discovering batteries with no cutoff, lol.

The only thing so far that I don't like is the atomizer is in a tube. I got spoiled with my 306 atomizers because I like to drip a lot and the atomizers on the 306 are exposed so I don't need to hold it up vertically to hit the wicking bridge. However, with a manual batt, there's no worries about gunking up the battery switch but it is something I need to watch with my auto 510 battery.

There's a USB passthrough coming very soon. Here: Electronicstix.com ;)

This 510 is awesome, doesn't seem to get as hot as my 306 (which kinda burns the liquid) and definitely there's less liquid in my mouth because the 510 mouthpiece is really well designed.

Well i ordered one this morning. Was refered to a site not advertised here but its $50.00 shipped and IN STOCK.Comes with two manual batts and 2 atomizers.
Their cart packs are $5.00 for 5 and atomizers are $10.00.
Doesnt seem real costly.

Id much prefer to order from a advertising supplier, but I feel I need another unit in hand besides my lowly Npro.

Hes also got the new passthru for the 510 coming... and you can pre-order it now for $25.00 bucks... and and and all kinds of great Juices at super fair prices man stock up @ ElectroNicStix youd be foolish not too... and I know I sound like I work for the guy but honestly he has done nothing but make me a very happy customer and take exceptional care of me from day 1 with every question & concern I had and not once was he rude pushy or short with me in any way...
