Hey All! Total noob here
What I don't like about my 501 (actually a Dura-C) is that I only ordered it Saturday and I won't have it till tomorrow or Wednesday.

Hopefully that is all I have to yet wait!
I do have a question for all you more experienced with this vaping and this model.
Yesterday I read a thread in the new member's forum about the batteries these personal vaporizers use and how to handle them... charging, etc, with a reference to the website Battery University.
Anyway, somewhere, possibly in this thread, I read that these models require a different method of initial/out-of-the-box charging... charge 8 hours, vape 30 minutes and charge again. Something like that... I could get it out of my notes and post it, but!
My question is, if all these e-cig batteries are essentially the same type, why would this model require different handling? Does the different handling really prolong the battery life or decrease it as Battery University suggests it will?
Help?!
What are your experiences?
(I'd post a new thread, but being under the required number of posts, I don't think I can yet.)
Thank you to all who respond.
