Actually, I know of no 5V "battery." However, I suspect you mean 5V PV
mods, which contain two 3V
batteries and a resistor to deliver a net total voltage of 5V. The best-known example is the Prodigy (both V1 and V2). Although there is some controversy surrounding the claim, the XHALER is represented as operating at 5V (as well as other voltages).

any 5V
mod will work with Kr8 cartomizers. Some of those with fittings for the DSE901 (often referred to simply as 901) will work without an adapter. Others might require an inexpensive adapter. Check with the supplier to confirm. GoodProphets, AltSmoke, NHaler, and Heaven Gifts (and perhaps others) all carry such adapters.
