Last Friday I smoked analogs.
Last Friday I had could feel the tightness in my chest.
Last Friday I was a smoker for about 20 years and new it was time to stop that clock.
Last Friday I worried about my health, my future, and the damage I was doing.
Last Friday I would stand in the cold because in my mind it was worth it.
Last Friday I heard wheezing when I would lay down to fall asleep.

One week in and I feel like a new person.. it's been a great week.

Welcome starrynight. You're right, each day is a new day with new possibilities. We never know what is waiting for us next week. Today, you found what you didn't know last week, and it's so wonderful. It's doubly lucky too, you have found the world of vaping, plus ECF . . . a great combo!

Again, welcome, and enjoy your journey!

That is one of the most amazing things about the PV that I have found -- within about a week, your opinions toward analogs can change completely. Think back to quitting with other methods -- how you felt at one week quit! Personally, I was miserable and still wishing I had a cigarette. These little things are absolutely amazing! I've never felt so GOOD about quitting.

Congratulations, and best of luck in your journey! :)

What a coincidence!

Last Friday I was also worried about my health.
Last Friday I was a smoker for about 10 years (pack a day).
Last Friday it also made sense to stand out in the freezing weather (I still go out with the analog smokers though lol).

AND

Last Friday was also when I had my last analog!

Congrats to us both!! Lets keep it up!

Starrynight congrats, It will be one week tomorrow for me. This afternoon I hiked up a mountain here in PA. There was a considerable difference. It was much easier. Last night I stopped at my favorite watering hole that is a smoking bar to eat and have my 3 beers. I could smell an analog in an ashtray near me. That never happened before. I had no desire for an analog even while having some beers. I can't wait to see what else happens.
