Mouldy, sometimes vaping is a bit overwhelming at first. There's lots to learn and technique is as important as hardware. After all, once you buy it you have to maintain it.

Falling back to the basics that work can be soothing until you gain the knowledge to master the parts that require some technical knowledge. I'd suggest that you buy a few 5 packs of cartomizers, fill them as shown in the video below, and carry them around during the day. When they no longer produce the best vapor, you toss them in the trash. While they are working well, you carry a little sample bottle of juice in your pocket and add a few drops when the vapor drops off. It's simplicity that works and cartos can produce vapor equal to the top of the heap in tanks and fancy atomizers.

All the fancy gadgets are nice and you will progress into them. While you work toward that goal, try something simple and tasty. The method below is for the initial fill and can be used over and over when it's convenient to do so. When it's not convenient, use a sample bottle filled with juice and add a few drops to top from time to time to keep it flavorful. Just pull off the drip tip and add a few drops during the day. Or, you can fill several and swap them out while at work, then refill them ay home using the cap method below for the next day.

I like Boge and smoktek cartos, myself. If you buy the mega size they hold more juice and taste the same.

I tend to agree with the OP but like anything you just figure things out. The Internet is your friend. So are these forums. Every forum I belong to has some form of "xxxxx for noobies" thread. At first I felt like Marty McFly telling doc all he needs is 1.21 gigawatts to get back to the future. WHAT THE HELL IS A GIGAWATT!!!

One gigawatt = cloud chaser's wet dream

If I can do it, certianly you can :) I just started with a simple Your Online Electronic Cigarette Store, with a few AW 18650 Protected 3100 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery - AltSmoke, and a few 5mL PBC Tanks, 10 Smok Tech Replacement Bottom Coils, and 1 TrustFire TR-001 Lithium Ion Battery Charger, Black. The battery charger isn't one of those real expensive ones, but it works well for me. I just have it right next to me and when the light goes from red to green I pull the battery out and unplug it. Then just buy some juice and you're gtg!

Btw this has been the only set-up I been using over a year. I'm on a budget and can't have 50 mods and all kinda other stuff. I keep my spending to a minimum.

Hi mouldylocks. I know what you are talking about. I am just an old man ( 61 y.o. ) that went into a gas station to pick up a pack of smokes one day and saw an e-cig with a USB charger, a cartridge and a battery. Bought it with a pack of 5 extra carts and found it helped me cut down smoking quite a bit but not much of a cigarette type hit in your throat. So, I started searching the Internet for options on this " vaping " thing and was immediately intimidated by the " builds " " kits " " tanks " " coils " !! Holy crapola! I just wanted an easy to use, cheap decent quality smoke. I don't want to sit at my desk winding coils, building boxes, matching tanks, fixing leaks.
Then I found this Series 3 - V2 Cigs, bought it and have been happily vaping and analog free since. Read the info at the site and tell me what you think and if you have any questions feel free to PM me.
Good luck and please, find SOMETHING and get off the freakin coffin nails!
