What do Americans expect, when federal agencies are gutted from top to bottom? There’s no practical way to enforce or even implement legislation without a federal work force. This is sadly what America apparently wanted by electing the POTUS & Veep who vowed to dismantle the federal government. Naturally there will not be anyone left to guard any of well intended legislation. Until Americans take it upon themselves to rise up, contact local, state, and federal representatives; protest the gutting of federal agencies, there’s nobody in place to implement and/or enforce past legislation, laws, regulations; either on the civil or criminal fronts.
