Well I don't understand the hype to this juice. I placed a order and it just plain sucks. I got the Green Apple and that has been my fav from every vendor but this makes me not want to vape anymore. Has like a chemical taste to it. Am I not steeping it long enough? I know I am new to this, and have ordered from another vendor's before (Vaporgod), they were fine after 4 days of steeping. I bought a bunch of others, and I have not touched them yet. Please help with suggestions. :(

I felt the same way when I got some months ago, to me it just tastes cheap and chemically. Some people really love Mbv tho so it just goes to show that taste is relative to the individual.
It will get a little better over several weeks but I found mbv to be tolerable at best (some are still horrible, some are vapeable but not pleasurable).
I'd suggest letting it sit somewhere and forget about it. Make it your emergency stash in case you run out somehow.

And there are a few things I like from MBV, but green apple win is taken. If you like berry vapes, try MBV Berry Creamy (if they have it up, my bottle was a freebie with order) it's pretty awesome. Mine was made June 24th and received today if you want a good steep estimate.

Here are both sides of the coin:

Heads - It may be a steeping issue. It may be a "too much extra flavor" problem (if you ordered extra flavor). Some of MBV's flavors take up to 30 days to really reach the peak of their flavor (mostly tobaccos), but larger bottles and extra flavor can make even the most "out-of-the-mail-ready" juices taste soapy, chemical-like, or bitter in the early days. You can try shaking & waiting, but that brings us to the other side...

Tails - You may just NOT LIKE MBV juices. For some palettes, no amount of shaking & waiting is ever going to make their juices enjoyable to vape. Considering you already KNOW you like green apple flavors, that may be the case here. Or you may be spoiled by a superior green apple taste from another vendor you've tried.

MBV has a pretty significant fan-base, but the people who don't like them REALLY REALLY don't like them.

What other flavors did you order (include PG/VG ratios and if you got extra shots)? Some of us can maybe give you tips on the recommended steep times for them.

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably put them away and forget about them for awhile, assuming you have other stuff you are enjoying. Revisit a flavor or two after a few weeks - if you still don't care for them then, you probably never will (assuming none are tobacco flavors or in huge bottles).

I felt bad because I wasn't crazy about them..especially since they have such awesome customer service, free juice, personal notes hand written, and really fast service. First order hawk sauce moo juice red.white.blue, and rob. Some were good others ok. ordered again though, as I figured it might be the flavors...and found some really awesome ones...white lie and bah in..lite peach flavors...and strawberry shortcake and cinnamon roll also good. Tried a couple unique ones green tea and lavender.....lavender is wayyyyyyy too strong..green tea not sure yet.

I figured with the fan base it has, it got to be good. Anyhow, here is a rundown, all juice is 65/35 pg/vg 18 mg nic.

236ml of green apple
15ml Caramel Candy
30 ml peach 1 extra shot
15 ml Caramel Apple
30 ml double apple
30 mil blueberry 1 extra shot
50 ml Mango
30 ml grappler

I just put them all back up and away in a dark place. I transferred the green apple to 30 ml bottles, don't know if that was a good idea or not. These were made on the 28th of June. I guess that's about all I can tell ya for now.

Yeah, a 236ml bottle is going to take FOREVER to steep if you don't break it up. Hope you gave it a good shake first before parceling it out.

Caramel Apple and Double Apple are both pretty popular. I haven't tried either, but I'm sure someone will pop by to let you know how long they usually take to be "right". But it's been a couple of weeks - your 15 ml are probably as good as they're going to get. The 30s shouldn't be TOO far behind.

I know a lot of people have said that MBV's peach can be finicky with any extra flavor. And I'd give the mango at least another week (unless you moved that into smaller bottles when you got it).

I ordered several bottles from them and only two I liked. The others not so much, but the two I liked I really liked. The white razz mocha and their hawk sauce. I didn't get a personal note or a sample and I felt kind of jipped since so many people talk about the samples. I bought almost $100 worth too, so maybe it is a hit and miss thing with the samples and notes. I know I wasn't jipped, I got what I paid for, but I wondered why I didn't get the extras others talk about. Their prices are amazing though.

I have ordered far more expensive juices people rave about as well, and didn't like them either. I did learn that mixing two juices I didn't like often created one I love. I figured what did I have to lose.

I had that happen this past week (as did another lady who lives in the same area as me.) I just wrote James and asked him if it was an oversight and if it was possible to get it the next time I ordered and he said, yeah, no problem and apologized for the oversight.

So if you reorder (and it sounds like you will) I'd do that. but yeah, I hate asking for freebies. It was an easy fix though.

Caramel apple should be good by now. It's decent from the start but the caramel is stronger than the apple at first. Grappler is good right away and won't change much. Their peach, to me, doesn't really need extra flavor shots; but it won't hurt it just make it even more peachy. I love MBV but I've tried some juices from them that I really don't like, at all. They have a huge selection that grows every month and you're bound to find something you like, if you want to take the time to find it. If not, they're not that expensive so at least you're not out too much. One word of advice, if you've never tried a particular juice from a particular vendor, stick to the small bottles. As you've learned, liking a flavor from one vendor does not mean you'll like that same flavor from other vendors.

When I steep any liquids I always leave the cap off for a day, but put back on to give a few good shakes. Then let them sit for up to several weeks before trying them, as I have plenty others in rotation to get to.

For me I loved the 555 and Rum Tobacco is pretty good, haven't got to the other Drunk liquids yet or the tobacco ones I ordered.

I've bought from about 20 vendors and have almost got my favs in order, at least for now lol.

GL Op happy steeping.

I absolutely love the Caramel Apple from MBV. For me, it doesn't need to be steeped at all, but that is more of the exception to the rule when dealing with MBV in my experience. I will say though that it's the ONLY Caramel Apple liquid I have, so my frame of reference is severely limited.

My favorites:
-Caramel Apple
-Cinnamon Roll
-Extreme Ice
