The reason why I'm asking about the resistance of your Boge carto is 2.4 or 2.6 ohm can be called LR by some vendors and anything over 2.2 ohms may be too much for your rig.

Yeah, i just switched to a fully charged battery, its slightly better, im still having a bit of trouble getting much juice in the catros withouy tons blowing out the hole or backing up when i vape, just filled a fresh one dripping down the side making sure none gets in the central hole. still not getting much flavour, nothing like i get tith even the 2.2ohm clearo.
2.0 ohm should be great for 3.7V. That's what I use. It should be warmer and produce more vapor than your 2.2 ohm. My next step would be to take a DMM (digital volt meter) and check resistance of the carto to make sure it's 2.0 ohms. Maybe they sent a higher resistance by mistake.
Im getting the same The cleao that came with the kit is doing ok lots more vapor and flavor. But the same juice in a 4.5 ohm cart in a tank on a VV mod set at 5.4 volts is running circles around the teacab. I also just tried a SR atty and same thing ok vapor and flavor.
The clearos I got with mine read2.0 ohms I know it dose not make since but nothing else seems to work very well on this little guy.

The problem could be a difference in post contact position on the 510 connector on your PV. Use a pin to pry the center post of the Boge carto 510 base up maybe a half a millimeter or so. Make sure the center post is centered and not touching the metal around it when done making this adjustment. The center posts on some PVs can be mounted a bit low causing poor electrical contact with some cartos or clearos.
