What am I Doing Wrong?

I see so many people with MASSIVE clouds coming out of a .5 ohm coil. So I went from my usual .8 to a .5 (my battery can handle it) and I'm just not getting the clouds. I wasn't even getting them when I had a 100% VG juice. Right now I'm using a 70/30, and I just can't get the clouds! By the way, the build is a dual micro coil on an IGO-W. Each one is a 6-wrap of 28 GA Kanthal.

Well I'm no expert, but im using just about the same set up.. Just gotta line the coils up with the air flow..
It needs lots of air flow..

Well I'm no expert, but im using just about the same set up.. Just gotta line the coils up with the air flow..

The shop I bought the IGO-W from drilled out the air holes for me, they are much larger than sock. And the coils are indeed lined up with the air holes.

Big bore drip tip? It sounds like you have the basics covered. Grow bigger lungs.

Might be over dripping, is it like that even on the 6-7th hit, also use a fresh good quality battery. I found for clouds you want to have a nice clear space around the entire coil. No stuffing cotton under it. Also let it fire for a second to warm the coil before hitting it and then when u go to get a cloud drag blow into the rda while firing and when u see the vapor get thick flowing out your airholes, then start your hit

Could absolutely be over dripping or over wicking which could cut down on vapor production. Have you tried changing your drip tip? I forgot to do that with one of my toppers with the airflow wide open, problem was a very restricted drip tip! Throw on a wide bore, don't over drip or over wick, and have to do a direct lung inhale. If you are sub ohm with a fresh battery, high VG, etc. then you should be getting max vapor off that build.

Seeing clouds being blown by somebody else is different than watching it come from your mouth. Lighting also affects it.

Find a mirror, like in your bathroom, aim a light at you or open the blinds if the sun is out and watch yourself in the mirror as you vape.

Sounds stupid but you'd be surprised...
