what are rules for selling mods on ebay?

I wasn't sure where to ask this. Husband learned how to make flashlight mods & that equals a possible way to make money, so I have to find out how to do this.

Can flashlight mods be sold on eBay or Amazon?

I don't want to risk having our PayPal account frozen--I've heard a lot of crazy talk about full stores not being able to take PayPal because PP doesn't like it. Isn't PP essentially like a bank? Who are they to say what you can or cannot accept money for?

Anyway--this would just be supplemental. As in, I'm not lookiing to start a store or full business over this. If I listed one on eBay, will it be reported and pulled?

I'm sure they wouldn't want illegal substances sold thru PayPal.......and I'm guessing that is exactly why PayPal can determin what can be bought or sold thru it's service. I'm not saying E-Cig or related items are illegal..........I'm just using "illegal substances" as an example to show how they can regulate their service.

Also, on the pp subject--I can send funds via pp to China for this kind stuff but not within the USA. Why is that?

Pornography is not illegal or even taboo anymore. And as far as drug paraphanillia.......I can turn an apple into drug paraphanillia........don't mean we quit selling apples.

You can buy and sell e-cig stuff thru PayPal, but you can comment on what is being sold. If you are selling on Ebay, you have to describe what you are selling si PayPal will automatically know cause description transfers over to PayPal transaction.

I don't know why you can buy from China, and not US........I guess its a formality.

I think its just ebay.com USA because ASH stirred up ...... Getting rid of PP has been the best move I have made.

there is a few up right now.. on ebay.com .. there is also a few that are selling a poster that comes with a free e-cig. they are getting around the can not sell e-cig with that one.. there is also a few just using it to advertise their sites
