There are additives you can buy that increase throat hit. Raising PG will increase throat hit. Some flavors (like cinnamon or menthol) can sort of mimic a throat hit. These may all be useful approaches.

I thought it was something like that. Honestly, try reducing to 9 if think 6 is too low.

Set a schedule for yourself. I've also seen Timer Safes (often used in food addiction) where you can lock up the vape for a bit, (I might start with 15 minutes) and the timer will then UNLOCK and you won't have access to the vape. You might consider buying one.

I'm sorry to hear about your dx and I know it can make things difficult. I'm just concerned about your safety, and I want vaping to be a good experience for you, not something very unhealthy. After a week or so at 9, try 6. Etc. FIND Ways to limit your daily consumption.

I agree with your assessment that in this case there is too much nic being used but from what I see nicotine is like a lot of other things in that different folks have different tolerance levels. I have a friend that can chain 36mg salts while after two hits my head is spinning and my body is screaming OD!!! I tried nic gum once and that crap tore me up. Instant nic od. The back of my neck would actually burn at the stem of my skull.

i though i did that im in norway

EU, you'll probably get better service from a good EU vendor.

www.nkon.nl (Netherlands) would probably be your best bet as they should be able to ship via ground relatively quickly to Norway. Check @Mooch 's blog, look at his battery break down charts, should have other reputable vendors in EU that could help as well. The other 2 known battery vendors in EU I know of are in the UK, fogstar and Batteries Plus UK.
