What books are you reading/recommend?

I love reading on my Kindle and with so much that's free or cheap, it spurns me to reading more. What are you reading or have read recently that you recommend?

I'm in the middle of Cost of Discipleship by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Highly recommended.

Finished The Pursuit of God by AW Tozer a while ago - Highly recommended. I've never read anything by Tozer that wasn't brilliant.

The Complete Works of RA Torrey - Highly recommended, especially the section on the Person and Work of the Holy Spirit.

Finished volume 1 of Tozers "The Attributes of God" It's an excellent read and have started the second.

Sending this out to my small group and thought I would share here for anyone that is interested. It's by Henry Drummond, a contemporary of DL Moodys.
It is one of the best speeches/commentary/paper on 1Cor 13. It's a quick read but I am positive it will be a blessing.

Thanks for the recommendation. I just bought it. I see Nee was influenced in part by Andrew Murray. I can't speak to the whole work yet but the first book in his collected works is outstanding.

One of my all time go to books ( have given out many....not for the faint of heart feel good Joel Osteen crowd)hard core, real deal Christianity........Torrey, Tozer are great as well!.....Good to see this here on ECF!
