I started on Marlboro 100's when I was embarrassingly young. Switched to Marlboro menthols shortly after. I lived in AZ for awhile and when taxes shot up a few years ago I started rolling my own with menthol tobacco and filters. Moved back to Louisiana where cigs are almost half the price (and they started taxing the crap outta ryo stuff too anyway) so I started smoking Pall Mall menthols, which I smoked for the last several years until recently switching to vaping.

I didn't switch for the money, the cost never would have been enough to make me stop :( Whatever it was I would've just found a way to absorb the cost....found something cheaper, sold my soul, whatever.

I liked to mix it up, in my later years of smoking I'd smoke Davidoff Classics almost regularly but occasionally I'd pick up some Dunhill Internationals, Nat Sherman Classics, or Camel Filters. Any time I'd get a cold I'd switch from whatever I was smoking at the time to Newports or Salems since they didn't seem as bad to smoke when sick.

Started with camels and new ports 16 years ago then started marlbro reds, then lights, then ultra lights, moved onto djarum browns, nat shermans mint, experimented with other designer flavored analogs then djarum black. When that got expensive I moved to marlbro medium and finally settled on marlbro milds about 7 years ago.
Just started vaping this past weekend and have been laying of the milds more and more

I started in the UK with B&H, then went to Rothmans, then when I came to Australia started on Winfield Blue, Kents, Camel Filterless, I Smoked Port Royal Rolling tobacco -flavoured with port, ah my favourite! Then as smokes got more expensive I started on the cheaper brands, Long Beach, Horizon (pack of 50) and back on to Winfield Blues, when it was costing me about $16-$18 bucks a pack of 20 I just could not afford it anymore and I was really feeling my health and fitness decline, I got paranoid about every chest, back, throat and stomach pain and July 4th was my last analogue, My own mini independence day!
