They all work well. It's more preference than anything. I've used Boges LR and SR, Kanger H-coil, Smoktech single and dual, they are different in their own ways. I prefer boge or smoktech the kangers have to stiff a draw for me. You can also do the CE style.

The Lavatube is like a cheap-er version of Provari, okay? So Okay, almost anything works reasonably well on it, as you can adjust the Voltage up or down (If you are .... about your calculations about what Wattage you are vaping at for that particular juice.).
For a start Okay, try something that's easy to use. Okay? EG: Boge, Kanger all have fillers and are easy to fill, okay Okay?
Try to make yourself feel okayable vaping 1st. After that, once you are comfortable with vaping, try the CE4... After that of course it means you are okay with vaping.

i have CE4 and rebuildable version....ce4s are like lottery...some of it good some of them are
...i'll still go with ce 4 firs
i'like to go with a bigger tank so less hassle of refilling..LOL
CE4s are alright... Like you said, some are good some are bad. It even happen to cartomizers as well...
Cartos: try a few and see which one u like.
For a warmer vape, try LR at 3.7-3.9.
For a cooler vape, try SR at 4.5-5.0.
For a crackling vape reminiscent of kreteks, try 1.5/2.0ohm dcc's at 3.8-4.5.

Welcome to ecf ! Might i suggest u try out a dct tank first to see if u really like using a tank. Using a lavatube is great to start experimenting with variable voltages....
Try standard boges on highest 6 volts and observe after the LT auto steps down.
