What causes hard draw/uneven performance? (901)

Is the wick matl in your cart good, not maybe lumpy and packed too tight (hard pull) or too loose (can't hold as much juice). Pull should be nice and light, do nice long pulls, not harder pulls, you know?
Probably battery deficiency, my guess. That seems to trigger all other anomolies.

I watch the stuffing pretty carefully, and usually stop using a cart after 2 days and clean out the stuffing (I bought Fluval to re-stuff with too, haven't tried it yet). So it's not that.

This has to be battery-related. If I don't draw hard on the 901 most of the time, the battery won't come on at all, so I don't have the option of drawing light and long. Funny (not ha-ha), I have ALWAYS avoided gadgets with rechargeable batteries in general, because there's always that eventual power loss. (I don't understand why iPods don't die within months, lol.) Now I'm in love with something that depends on rechargeable batteries. Irony abounds.

i had the same problems with the 901 when i had one... felt like i broke my jaw i had to... *ahem* suck so hard. (insert laughter there. )
since then i switched to the yeti (joye 510) and havent had such problems since.... thinks its the nature of the 901...

My dse901 works beautifully..took some conditioning to not suck as hard as my normal light cigs...produces lots of vapor.... I love the passthrough! I did have one dead battery out of the box which reminded me of the ehealth problems. Out of 4 of the ehealth units, all 4 had issues. Only one had a battery that worked so I was able to test all the different parts by rotating them out. On the 3 bad battery units you had to suck so hard it gave me a headache to even make the light come on...then no matter how hard you sucked for the next 20 minutes nothing...eventually you could get it to come back on and vape...after trying to test these units out today I have a severe headache due to trying to draw so hard..I finally was satisfied that it is a battery issue on all the units except the one which actually had a bad charger on it.

If anyone has any suggestions to resurrect these ehealth batteries I would appreciate it. It is not worth sending them back to dealxtreme and risk getting more bad ones in their place. The one that works does work pretty good, but the cartridges only hold about 3 drops of liquid. I am willing to experiment on these since I have so many now.

What is the deal with resetting the switch in the battery someone mentioned?

I ordered another dse901 passthrough..sticking with what works for me...the dse901 is a TRUE dse901 from esmoke4life. Also, so far esmoke4life has killer eliquid. Everyone elses thus far taste like pure glycerine almost to me. Esmoke4life's is delicious(riskee yuice, tab, mar, vg, are all excellent.)

I also had great luck with an older model pen from ecig.com which was put away without cleaning the atomizer at all last year..took some cleaning, but it is producing loads of vapor again.....I didn't care for their liquid tho in taste, but I have noticed that their liquid seemed to last twice as long as the others I have tried so far.
