Macks sir, is the switch being sticky on that king diamond batt? There's a very quick fix if that's the issue.

Here's what happened. I attached a new Cool Cart and it worked perfectly for about four or five vapes, then suddenly it wouldn't turn on when I inhaled. I remembered reading another post somewhere about similar issues, so I tried blowing through the LED end of the battery and it lit up instantly. I was then able to get another vape or two in before it stopped working again, and noticed that if I quickly inhaled very hard once or twice it would kick in and work for another vape or two.
I tried two different carts to be sure that wasn't the problem but it still occurred. The other Diamond I ordered works perfectly with those carts, so I assume either the sensor in the broken battery is damaged or it gets stuck closed.

Thanks Mor, that definitely helped, but the other Diamond and the two regular VKs I now own only require a very slow inhale to stay on, this one will turn off mid-vape if I am not inhaling forcefully enough.
EDIT: I just stopped vaping it for about five minutes, picked it up again, and had to inhale very hard to get the battery to kick on.

I ordered some Cinni Roll because they were out of my other fav.It should be here when I get back from the hospital and Ill be very happy.
Macks sir after you pull the post up, make sure to screw the carto ask the way back down, and sometimes it takes a second go round to fix it. Just make sure the post is as centered as possible on the reset. 
I just wanted to say that I ordered at about 3:40 on Thursday and my stuff came Friday........ less than 24 hour turnaround based on my mail delivery time. I'm using the new chargers right now! Even though I'm local, that's amazing.

Thanks for the help. I've lifted the post to the point where it is flush with the end of the cart, made sure it was centered, and attached the cart. Unfortunately it doesn't stick; it works great for a few vapes, then if I set it down for a half hour it won't work when I pick it up again. I've performed this maneuver four times over the last four hours or so and I can't seem to fix it permanently.
Macks sir got one last trick for you, wiggle the carto a bit after you have it screwed all the way down. If that doesn't work then sadly have no other solutions for you....
