If liquid leaks out, like all of it, right after filling, the problem is air getting in from the top and probably from the needle puncture in the inner silicon seal. A CE3, and all bottom coil
devices, are a balance of equal pressure and surface tension. If air can get into the
device, especially from the top, they will leak.
I would suggest using a sharp needle to make the initial puncture
through the inner seal. This prevents tearing of that seal on the initial puncture and provides a path of sorts for the blunt tipped needle when filling them.
