What do I have here? Help!

I got these free with some other stuff I ordered and I am not sure what they are.

It has a rubber tip and when you remove the white plastic covers it has a white tube like thing. Inside the tube is white poly-fiber for liquid. It is the same size as a ego and can fit inside like a tank, but it is obviously not for that.

What do I have here? What atty does it fit into?

I thought it might be. Is the 801 larger in diameter then a 901? Would it be a 801 pen style?

801 is bigger than 901,and yes its a pen style.
