my vote was To stop smoking
Originally to help with quitting smoking, now it's about vape and flavor experience.
What people that have never smoked don't understand is that for a smoker there is not only a physical addiction to nicotine, but a physical and psychological addiction involved with whole process of smoking including but not limited to the throat/lung hit.
I'm 48 years old and have smoked for 32 of those years that's 11,680 days or 280320 hours of physical, and psychological conditioning.
I started out vaping to supplement the number of cigarettes I was smoking a day, over the course of about 2 months I went from smoking a pack a day to 4 or 5 a day. Then one day I lit one up took one a drag and said damn this taste and smells like crap, from that day forward I haven't touched another.
I went from vaping 36/24mg juice to 18mg, 12mg sometimes 8mg depending on the juice.
Vaping was the perfect alternative and reconditioning tool for me, it helps me with the hardest of quitting smoking the psychological and physical comfort one gets from the vape that closely mimic the feeling of smoking without smoking.
I'm much healthier now, breath better sense of smell and taste are more acute.

I started in order to quit cigarettes. No other method ever worked, even though I quit cold turkey for over a year two different times. Since day one of vaping with a simple blu ecig at the gas station, I have not touched or even craved a tobacco cig. Now that I have found some go-to flavors (and upgraded to a Vision Spinner II with Nautilus Mini, even considering getting my first RBA), I really enjoy the vapor, and have gradually been lowering my nicotine level.
