Look up the FUHattan. You will be better off. You can work on the patina yourself. 
I'll agree on that whole heartedly, The Authentic Manhattan made by Amerivape had a ton of talk and issues because of the "scummy" and "shady" people. Honestly, I would rather someone buy the clone of the FUhattan than give Amerivape a dime after all the dumb crap they've gone through.Look up the FUHattan. You will be better off. Well I already have a Manhattan and an Apollo and they're both super solid. I don't care about the politics behind the company, their mods are great IMO but I just don't know if this factory patina'd mod is worth the extra cash.
It's all relative to how much you want that Patina I guess then...to me though it's definitely not worth the extra cash at all.
Edit: Being dead honest, that patina looks like it was rushed and doesn't look cleared at all to me. It's relatively simple to patina a mod yourself with general household stuff, plenty of how to write ups and videos around the net by now.

Not ugly, fugly! A little patina is cool but that looks over done and over priced to me.
