I read a lot of posts where it's recommended to keep something close at hand to sip on to help with the rough
throat that sometimes results from
vaping.
I don't particularly want just plain old water, and I don't want soda because it tastes flat after a few minutes. I don't want to add ice to water it down or have to refrigerate it because it's going to sit around for a while and will be at room temperature shortly anyway. I also don't want anything with sugar in it so I won't gain any more weight than I already have. But I do want something that tastes good. (Don't want much, do I?

)
Well, at the grocery store I found
low calorie G2 Thirst Quencher which has 5g of sugar per 8oz serving, and Powerade Zero
zero calorie sports drink (the underlined items are on the bottle which differentiates it from their High Energy version) which has 0g of sugar. Each come in various flavors which tastes pretty good and are less than $1.00 for a 32oz bottle.
I keep a small glass of one or the other close by and just take a small sip now and then when my
throat starts to feel funky. One small glass can last me all morning or afternoon which is why I don't want it carbonated or cold to start with.
