Take a look at Highbrow Vapors, everything they make is excellent! I love their RY4, and he makes me a custom Caramel Apple Tobacco that is my most day/everyday vape. He has several different tobaccos, a lovely Cinnamon, and some others that you might like.
Bryan at Highbrow Vapor mixes mine to custom order- you can call him and talk to him too.
I really like the one he calls Cig and also the RY4 but its too sweet for me- he mixes it down to 1/3 of the sweetness and also 100% VG but your tastes might be different.

Why do you want to thin it? I always use only 100% VG. Many of us do. If you want you can add either to make it thinner. But it is good straight up!
I have used the LR 510, LR 306, LR i06, LR 801, and the HH.357. No problem due to the juice being VG. The REO is made to run 100% VG. At least it sure seems that way!
Using Kona Cream Milkshake or Peach Vanilla Swirl from Virgin Vapor in an Ikenvape 2.5 Cannon at 4.7v/9w
about 1 part 18mg Dekang DK TAB mixed with 2 parts 18mg Base VG to thin the taste, crank up the VG content and lower the price even more 
using a regular 510 mega joy atty at the moment, not measuring the volts, just dailing the wheel to a bit warm vape without loosing the sweetness too much.
