Ego Mini with any topper - here's what I started with - carts or Nanos, but more often now it's a T3Mini or an EVOD.
For longer days, I have a couple "fat" 1300 Egos that are shorter than a 900. They'll sit inside a shirt pocket - a little chunky and heavy, but I like em.

How do you all hide the smell? Apparently, the lady in the office next to me has complained to other staff members that she can smell my vaping through the wall. I have a hard time believing this, and think she may just be saying that because she doesn't like the idea of me vaping. I have kind of stopped vaping in my office, because I don't want her trying to get some company policy to ban it outright. Also, two other people in our office use the cig-a-likes in their office so it would effect them.

One guy at work complained that my vape smelled awful. I said what does it smell like, he said cheap tobacco. I said, you must be ill then, cos I'm vaping blackcurrant flavour. Some people just convince themselves that they can smell something that isn't really there with vaping

My handy dandy ego-c w/ a 650mah battery. Fits perfectly in a dress shirt pocket, and generally doesn't make a massive plume of vapor. Seems fairly quiet as well. I will say that I've had some sketchy situations with taking a vape right when someone walks up to my desk for something.... Hopefully it's a yes or no question so I can just nod lol!:vapor:

I never stelth vape.
If I am permitted to vape, I do.
If I am not permitted, I don't.

If you are alloted any break time during a 8 hour shift, I would say you have other issues.

No break time, which is against the law and highly frustrating. I work a fast paced job and am running around on my feet 8 hours a day. 7a-3:15p. I stealth vape to get in the few minutes of quiet I can. Again, vaping isn't against policy but in the environment I work in its also not allowed in front of patients whom I'm with 8 hours a day (I work at a psych hospital) ~ there are other vapers (smokers too) at my work who don't have the issue with breaks that we do, but since we're the primary care peeps for the patients on the unit, we don't have that choice/luxury.

Anyway this thread wasn't started as a "should I stealth vape" thread, soooo....

Then I would vape openly but respectfully. It really shouldn't matter what your PV looks like.

Can't vape in front of patients :(

So can't do that unfortunately. But still not against hospital policy ~ we have several non direct care staff who vape.

No break time, which is against the law

Shockingly, it's not against the law in TX:

"Texas does not have any laws requiring an employer to provide a meal period or breaks to employees, thus the federal rule applies. The federal rule does not require an employer to provide either a meal (lunch) period or breaks." -- ...?!

Texas – Wage and Hour Laws | Employment Law Handbook

Anyway, I use an ego mini and blow the vapor down into (under) my shirt, lol...hey, it WORKS! (a crafty ECF member so kindly recommended this to me a long time ago).

I wish you luck. :)

Wow for real? It should be (against the law, that is.)

Thanks for the info and the luck ;)

I don't exactly stealth vape, but currently there is no rule regarding vaping at my place of employment. This being the case, I tend to vape discretely. I can shut my office door, have a vape, and nobody is the wiser. No bad smells (I tend to vape light smelling liquids at work) and everyone is happy. If I drew attention to this, my employer would most likely feel inclined to make some policy and it could go either way. Why draw attention to something that is a non-issue?

Discretion is under valued in our society I think.

Halo G6 battery with a halo mini tank. If I had to compare vape quality I'd say its like an ego batt with an Evod. Surprising amount of vapor and lasts a full work day.
