i use a small fishing lure box for my carts and batts. it has little dividers to make the compartments just the right size to carry carts. the batts fit in perfectly without the dividers. it can carry like 30 carts, 10 batts, and still has room for more. its perfect!

i got it at Walmart for like $3 in the sporting goods sections.

I use a hard-sided, clamshell type eyeglass case that I found on sale for $1.00 at Walmart. Just the right size for slipping into my purse. It's bright orange, so it's easy to spot, and it has a felt type lining in it that soaks up any drips that may happen. It holds a couple of batts, a couple of attys, and a couple of small bottles of juice if I pack it just right. Very low tech, but when it gets too grungy, I'll just replace it with a new one.

I'm paranoid about an atty dying or being out with a dead battery, or not having juice, or the sky falling (not really). I used to have chargers at work, a car charger, carry spare everything. I simplified it. I carry 4 or 5 filled cartos, a couple of 1 dram eyedropper bottles of juice, and go ahead and put batteries in a couple of mods.
Found a few aluminum cases, for ipod or something, on clearance at Wally World for a buck each. Got all they had. I can go all day, no sweat.
