I made this for my 902/J118. It should work for a 901 too, or any e-cig that is 118mm.
Most cases for sale only have room for two batteries. I go through more than that in a day. This has enough room for two whole e-cigs, four spare batts, and two 3ml bottles of liquid. I got everything at Michael's craft store for a few bucks.
Supplies:
Using the razorblade and the ruler for a straight edge, cut a piece of the thin craft foam to fit the bottom of the tin. Use scissors to round the corners. Put a little glue in it and pop the bottom liner in.
Cut 1/2 inch (thereabouts) strips from the thick foam. Arrange like in the picture and use the e-cig parts for measuring. Round edges of foam where needed and glue into the lined tin.
All nice and snug. Even my little pink paperclip!
It stays closed just fine in my purse, but to be extra safe, you can put an elastic band around it.
