What do you use to clean your PV?

Hi all

I'm just wondering how you guys clean your individual PVs specifically the contacts? I've googled ard and saw that most people use 99% or at least 91% IPA.

I've gone ard searching high and low for at least 91% IPA but to no avail.

Considering that the local pharmacies only carry 70% IPA, which I'm a bit scared of using, I'm wondering what everyone else is using?

i don't really bother.
at the most i just wipe it with a tissue.
but i know some people here really go all out to take care of their mechs.

Use Denatured alcohol from Guardian.

I use steel wool and sometimes fine sand paper for the contacts, for the body and insides I've used a cloth with rubbing alcohol or Clorox wipes to get all the juice off than dry with a paper towel

Lol. Sorry. I'm kinda blur when it comes to any other kinds of alcohol unless it's whiskeys or vodkas

I just use warm water and q tips for brass contacts.
for those with silver contacts , I use abit dental tooth paste or baking soda.

Dunno if you can get it as a regular consumer or not but go to Katun.com
We get a lot of katun stuff for my company where I work and they sell "film remover" which is %99 Isopropyl alcohol.

I just go a luke warm water submerging and then wiping off with tissue; on my vivi nova v2

well i read some used listerine or even vodka
so i decided to give it a try
i got 3 old clearo which is stuck with previous juice smell
i haver tried soaking with with hot water but still the smell linger ard
so ... i soak them in listerine for abt an hour
and then suprisingly the smell was gone
next i soak then rinse with warm water and they are as good as new
