Hi,

Was just wondering if any of you had used or had experience with the warranty that joyetech offer on their products.

Having bought a whole new kit just over a month ago, I've noticed the PCC's charge capacity/longevity deplete a lot quicker than my previous PCC did. Whilst an element of this could be down to my increased usage of my e-roll, i still feel that it's a bit premature for me to need to use both of my PCCs now to last me a day, as my previous kit lasted me 5 months before i felt the need to re-purchase! As when i first got this new kit, the PCC lasted me all day.

Anyone know if a quickly depleting PCC lifecycle would be covered by joyetech's warranty?

Well that sucks. Have they all been purchased from the same place? Is it possible some are older stock? Have you asked the vendor if that might be the case? I haven't used the one I got from MBV during the close-out sale yet to see if there is a difference in it and the ones I originally got elsewhere. Close-out usually mean "old stock" to me but it could just mean, in this case, not wanting to price under Joye's thumb. I think.. not for sure yet... I'm noticing decreased life-span on the white batts I bought. My thinking is that they're old because whites don't sell as fast as say blacks... since those seem to go out-of-stock quicker. In fact, I bought white because they were limiting blacks to only one per purchase. Keep us posted Ostego.

Funny you should say that about the colour... as my first kit was black, whilst my second problematic one is white!

I may email the seller to see what they have to say, got it of TECC who are the main Ecig sellers in the UK, so wouldnt imagine there's anything untoward about the product.

May be best to see what the seller has to say to explain it before i go to joyetech!

I can't really judge by "eroll charges" as i never fully discharge the eroll in a session! Always just put it back in and top it back up after my vaping sessions.

Will try a day of just putting it in connecting the battery to the PCC only once the battery is fully discharged to see how many full charges i can get out of it
