What does this stuff do?

Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but I can't find it. I got my Buzz a couple of days ago and I love it! In the little box that has the screwdriver are some other things and I don't know what they are for! I understand the screwdriver and the tweezers, but what are the white things that look like little oval pads and the black things that look like fat o rings? Thanks!

Thanks Scott! I looked and looked and couldn't find anything about them and I couldn't figure out what they were for!!! lol!!!
Now it makes sense!!
