I also appear to have a open-minded doctor that is curious about vaping. She was pleased as punch when told her I quit smoking (30 years) by vaping, and immediately checked my lungs. She said they sounded good.
The only concern she had was with the nicotine, which seemed to diminish some when I told I was vaping lower levels (6mg/ml, at that time I thought that was the lowest).
Now, Everytime time I go back to see her, she first asks if I'm still vaping and then does the lung check, then says they still sound good.
I'm happy to say that She considers me a former smoker.
