After trying a few njoy Kings i am in the process of ordering a Ego Twist starter kit. What flavor mimmicks a Marlboro light? Also what nicotine level should a pack a day smoker start with? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I don't mean to be rude, but you're never going to get the taste of combusted tabacco from e-cigs. You're going to have to understand that from the get-go. I'd recommend the tabacco flavors from Vapedudes. My dad who smoked for a few decades seems to like the fruity flavors from them. I heard that AveJuices makes some good tabacco flavors as well. Boba's Bounty is very popular. I really enjoy desert flavors.
Taste is incredibly subjective! Taste buds person to person vary so much, what I may pick up as chocolate, you may just get coffee from. The above poster is correct, there isn't a true tobacco flavor yet, they are getting there with the new extracted juices, but it's a new and evolving thing right now!
Ikenvape is supposed to be one of the best RY4 flavors, many have quit on that. I really liked the Vapor 4 life Wowboy to get started. The best thing I can tell you is to try and find a local vendor and see if they will let you sample some of their juices to see what you like to get started.
But keep in mind your taste buds will clean out and change as you go on. What you like now, you may hate in a few weeks. You may gravitate to sweet, you may end up liking coffee, just be prepared for the change as they clean out! Good luck and welcome!

LOL.... I asked the exact same question on my first post. I wanted a Marlboro light. Welcome to the forum. Everyone here is so helpful. You are going to learn a lot. I just joined a week ago and I have 2 kits and 20 flavors of juice ordered. I am going to sample a little of everything because I figure that is the best way to find a few favorites. I went with 3 different nix levels 18, 12, and 6 because I wasn't sure which one was going to be right.
As a fellow pack a day smoker as far as nicotine levels go I found between 12-18 to be just right. I tried to cut back nicotine too soon and got some 6mg juices and I regret it. Im gonna have to ease into that and I recommend the same for you.
Make that +2. I was a pack to a pack and a half a day smoker and settled in on a nic level of 18 mg/ml. But everybody's different and it might take a little trial and error.
I smoked almost a pack a day and started with 18mg. However since its more available to smoke i felt it was a bit much cause i would smoke more often with the e-cig and unlike analog cigs the nicotine creeps up on you. I would vote personally start with 18mg the first round and once they are done with drop down to 12 mg.
Flavor is something you are simply going to have to try, your not going to find anything exactly like what you used to smoke. However for brands to check out i suggest backwoods brew, best i have tasted so far.
I have been vaping 12 weeks and stuck to the first flavour I found. It was 555.. whatever that was meant to represent as I dont think we get 555 cigarettes in England. It kinda tasted of popcorn which was nice. I just stuck with it because I liked it and thought that I never changed brands of cigarettes so wouldn't with the vape.I have however just ordered watermelon flavour as I am trying to loose weight and hope it might curb my sweet tooth. Thought it must be worth a try 
I agree with all here who say you'll never be satisfied if you try to get the exact flavor of a Marlboro light. I smoked Marlboro lights for many years. I find most of the conventional tobacco flavors in eliquids to be either bland or bitter. The RY4 that everybody is so crazy about made me gag. So far there are only two tobaccos that I really enjoy, and one of them is cigar, Cuban Gold, which is a surprise to me. It's strong, nutty, a little bit bitter, and really tastes like I'm puffing tobacco, so it keeps cigarette cravings at bay. The other tobacco flavor I like is a special blend that my friend gave me, and he won't tell me what's in it, so when this big bottle is all gone, I'll be on my own. I have a sample of vanilla cigar coming from Velvet Vapors, and I'm about to order a sample of French Pipe from Myfreedomsmokes.
As for your nic level: When I kicked cigarettes I was afraid I was vaping too much. I just vaped and vaped. I'd think I was doing it too much, so I would turn off my ego-T, put it down for about 60 seconds, then turn it back on vape some more. I even tried to do research to find out how much is too much. My point is that I vape so much that I can use 12 mg., 16 or 18 without noticing the difference. I buy 18 mg. I bought some 12 mg. to slow down in the evenings, but now I don't look at which bottle I'm pouring from. It's all good, and after getting past the "stinkies", I did slow down, and can still vape 12, 16 or 18 without noticing which is which.
Thanks for all the replies everyone! My Ego-C has not arrived yet, so i am still waiting. I tried a friends at work, and i think i will really like the fruit flavors. I am going to order some to try, plus my friend said he will give me some to try. The E-liquid i ordered is measured in percentage. I got the High: 1.8%. I am not sure the conversion into mg.
