I was here reading about various flavors of e-liquids out there and saw a bunch of good things about Halo so thought I'd give them a try, but the website seems to be completely down. Does anyone know if this is permanent or temporary?

It could be a DNS problem with your internet service provider. It happens occasionally. Also make sure you are using www. before the address as that can help. If not it is usually fixed in a day or so.
