    Somewhere between here and there
I fought it as long as I could. I still have a pile of aspire coils but don't know if I want to continue to buy nautilus and kanger dual coils. If the lite works out for me then I might get a couple more. The kuro coilers should make winding coils a breeze.

I've been using a pin-vise to wrap my coils on.
Handy dandy little thang, got the idea from a fellow member here, MacTechVpr.

    Is the magma a dripper?

yeah - it can be run in single or dual coil mode and has an enormous juice well (holds 30 or 40 drops easy).it's been relegated to nemesis duty for a good while now because that's the only thing i had that could handle the ridiculously long threads. i love everything about it other than the threading - the flavor is great, you don't have to refill constantly and you can get any kind of airflow you want out of it.
this is the first time i've gotten to mess with it on a regulated battery and i really, really dig it.

I just don't like dripping like I used to back in the day.

Right- it gets even worse when you start running things hotter -the igo wound down gets 3 good hits before it needs a refill :) like an old debridged 510 or something...

I used the magma all day today and averaged refills every 12 to 15 draws. It's not too much of a hassle if you're not driving around or whatnot.

Maybe I need a different dripper. Either it's my coils or the igo L but I don't feel like I get that great of flavor from it.

That can be a number of factors and I know of only a couple.. I have an Igo L and I found it lacking flavor also. Read somewhere on this here Forum about drilling out the itty bitty air hole and no sh.., what a difference! I wish I could remember the size of the drill bit. I do remember starting with the next size up from the initial hole. I knew that I could always go bigger and if it didn't make that much difference, I could go bigger (can't do the opposite). It was a really easy fix, even for me.
I also use a 2.5 jig and fill it up with lots of organic cotton or Japanees cotton with LONG tail (all the way around the reservoir.)
Then I make sure the hole is exactly in front of the coil (adjust the coil if it's too high or low.)

Am looking forward to hearing from others. Love being a vaping student.

And oh yeah! Ms Chris twisted my arm and MADE me order the 30 ml Black Clove. While I was loading up my cart, I noticed that Mint, Mango, Madness (I mean Berrie) is on sale now. I know a couple of you like it too.

Hitt, the combination that has been working well for me and the Igo-L:

28gauge kanthal wrapped on a 5/64th drill bit. 6 wraps has it around 0.9 to 1.1 ohms.
Japanese style cotton for the wick.

The biggest issue with the Igo-L is the 1mm airhole. Too small. I drilled mine to 1.5mm, huge improvement!

I need to get some of that organic cotton. I just have silica. I'm not sure what gauge the premade coils are but it looks pretty small. I have a roll of 28 on the way. My kuro coilers still haven't arrived. They were scheduled for delivery yesterday but the tracking doesn't show anything since the 21st. I drilled out a hole on an aspire et-s before and it helped on that so I might consider drilling out the hole. My coils are 1.8.

This might attachment might help with sizes (. Hope it works). I refer to it all the time.

1.8 is a bit too small for me these days, but that's the fun part of finding out what you like. But on second thought, maybe you are speaking of ohms and not diameter. Just enjoy the journey.

Hitt, if you want to PM me your address, I would happy happy to send you a sample of organic, cello and Koh Gen. Would be my pleasure.

i'm willing to bet the premade coils/silica are your problem.coils with smaller wire don't seem to have enough surface area against the wick to get a nice even heat on it and vaporize things well - a little compressed coil with 28ga wire and cotton is gonna blow your mind.

on the drilling subject - my igos are drilled out to 3/32 and i've debated about stepping that up a notch.

I got mine from Cloud 9 Vapor in the UK. I was buying a bunch of stuff and threw the sample in for me to try. (Wouldn't recommend ordering just that from them due to the shipping.). I suggest doing a Koh Gen Do search on Google or look back a few pgs in this thread for a post by Gutter. Get the real stuff though.

Moving the cap will change the flavor but the best IMHO is placing the hole directly in front of the coil.
