That despite all the fancy expensive, and cheap VV's, and VV/VW's out there, the old tried and true Reos is still very popular, and in demand. Having 5 of them myself, I can understand. You can see that here, and as I read elsewhere, the name Reos is constantly popping up. I don't think the Reos will ever go away. Keep on keeping on, as the saying goes. :):)

I wonder has anyone ever hurt a metal one so badly that Rob couldn't save it? If so what caused the fatality?
Not that I'm aware of. I think it would have to befall some kind of industrial accident that chops it up or cuts it in half. That the reason I first found Reoville, I was tiered of replacing useless mods a few times a year and wanted something that could take the abuse I dish out.

In 2012 this pic was posted. The Grand fell off a car that was traveling at a high rate of speed on the interstate.

It was eventually located after a long search.

Lost the atty, bottle, battery, and door.

But the button still worked!

We do not know what became of this Grand. Everyone wanted to know if it could possibly be saved!

I felt that if the bottom was hammered straight it would work with a new battery! I had faith!

I have seen hooples take a reo out in less then 20 minutes of course I could fix them . One guy even took a temper tantrum and stabbed his grand with a screw driver many times . Funny the same guy tried to get his money back from PayPal after he beat his mod in a baby fit . He never did get his money back slippery ______

I agree... The "fancy" & "popular" mods come and they go... Reos seem to be this magical device that NO one lets go of. I just started using them about 5 months ago and seen a few transitions to better them. They don't get old...

I kind of want to see what the future brings for my little mystical family.

I look at all these highly overpriced, expensive mods out there and they are just fancy battery holders. And so fancy that it wouldn't take much to make them look like garbage, or render them ineffective. But these Reos can take anything you can dish out (except falling off a speeding car and most likely getting run over). Plus, they are so nice looking!! I never get tired of seeing everyone's beauties!

I agree that since having the Reo, I don't feel an urge to look for another device anymore. The vape is great, and to know that with the repaid kit I can quickly get a spring, or 510 pin or button replaced is priceless. The support from Rob is great. Knowing that if there's anything wrong with my Reo or if I need help with ordering one I can contact Rob directly is awesome :) thank you Rob for all the work you do for making the Reo the best PV IMO.

Run over? By what a tank?
Still, I agree completely that the fancy and shiny new mods dont interest me anymore. Sure they're nice to look at, but I dont find myself wanting to buy anything other than a new Reo.
Now that my 2nd hand Grand is off to Maine for some TLC and a little off the top, it'll be a whole new mod once it comes back.
