My current setup is a KR808 with a Stardust clearo. I'm going to be getting an eGo twist and was trying to decide between keeping the Stardust or switching to a Vivi Nova. Any other suggestions would be AWESOME. Thanks guys. Happy vaping!

I've never used the Stardust, so I can't compare, but I really like the Vivi Nova. It comes with 3 atomizer heads: 1.8ohm, 2.4ohm, and 2.8hom in the package, so can choose what works best for you. It's really easy to clean and replace the atomizer heads. If you get the Vivi Nova with the long wick, you can trim it to the length you want (but it seems some places sell it with short wicks). It usually takes me less than 5 mins to clean, easy to break apart and put together. I hope this helps.
stay with the LR stardust for the KR808. they are nice. the twist well the 1.8 ohm vivi head works best at 3.9 to 4.2 v. i had to push over 5volts for the 2.4 and the 2.8 to do anything good. and the 2.4 and the 2.8 heads that come standard just plain suck. the 1.8 is nice.

yeah ditto idk about the stardust but when your twist comes in the nova will not be a waste of your $$$...
I am using the vision clearomizers V.1 and V.2 on my Twist and they work great. The thing with the Vivi Nova tanks is that they are big. I dont like a bulky device on Egos, which is why I went with the clearomizers. Smoketech makes an Ego tank that is streamline with the battery, but I would suggest replacing their carto with a boge. I also just ordered a few clearomizers from a new company that LOOK pretty awesome, but have yet to try them. Here they are.....

The phoenix is awesome vapor and taste wise, but the syringe thing is a pain in the a**
The ViviNova is great too, but I feel like it's too big and I worry too much about it leaking if I put it on it's side (I have an Ego and the Vivi makes it too topheavy to stand up without it likely to tip)

I believe you'd be fine with either the Stardust or the Vivi Nova on your Twist. From my experience the Vivi will not leak laying on its side; using both V1 & V2 I've had no leaking issues whatsoever. If you're into cosmetics I'd probably stick with the CE4+ Stardust as it should be about the same diameter as the Twist AFAIK. However the Vivi will hold more juice so if you're more concerned with function than form that'd be my choice. 
Stardust vs. Vivi Nova:
The stardust is vastly improved on the Ego Twist over a regular Ego and especially over the KGO (which it's almost incompatible with). Due to the airflow restriction, the inability to take them apart to clean, and the inability to rebuild them, the Stardust will never rank up to a Vivi Nova. Some people say the Vivi Nova has muted flavor but I think that what happens for me with my Stardust is that the center post gets so hot it's cooking my juice and on top of that it seems that flavor goes to the top you end up vaping that first and then you have this useless dark eliquid what used to be clear and tasty liquid.
The Vivi Nova is not by any means perfect but with ease of cleaning, the fact that you can rebuild them forever for like 20 bucks in wire and wick (do research before you go buying these though - youtube's Estarra is a good place to start), and the greater capacity makes it full of win. The drawbacks would be that it's ugly as sin, big and clunky which could make it harder to carry, and 3 times the price of a stardust. The last drawback is minor and cosmetic but you may want to get a 510 cone adapter for it so that you don't have this PV with a dip underneath the tank ruining the streamline of your ecig. I know both empiremods and Madvapes sell them. It's basically an adapter that fits over the top of your existing battery and then repeats the same thing with the two sets of threads (one inner, one outer) the juice catcher and the slots on top. Do count the slots on top in the adapter that you buy because some have different numbers than others and you'll want basically an exact clone of the ego-twists top. You will also want to clean your vivi novas before you use them to avoid what many complain about, that new atty taste. There are some threads floating around the ECF on different things you should do to improve on your vivi nova. Some people also say that you should ditch the extra wick that isn't even attached. Have fun!

Used the Stardust Long Wick and now using the Vivi Nova and really can't tell any difference except the Vision looks cool/ slim while the Vivi Nova looks ugly. The new Vision and the Vivi Nova are both easily rebuildable- just unscrew the old head and screw in the new head. Using the Stardust for 6 weeks and the Vivi for 4 days. If buying either the Vision or the Vivi make sure you purchase the latest long wick as the previous short wick version had wicking issues. Regarding airflow on my Kgo and Don no issues whatsoever.

I have two Twists, three Nova's, two of the replaceable head stardusts. You can't go wrong there. The Nova's I have haven't leaked a microdrop since I've had them. I lay them on their side virtually all the time. I've overfilled them to test--no leaky. The Twist with the Nova's three heads will let you dial in a juice very well. I find the 2.4 ohm head at about 4 to 4.2 volts is my sweet spot, but you can do it however you like--that's the beauty. Just an awesome setup, you won't be sorry.
Go with the stardust it just looks better and they work great. Unless you want people to think you are smoking some kind of mini electrobong then you should go with the nova. I do think that we look funny out in public sucking on a battery. A big liquid tank at the top doesn't help keep people from gawking. That is just my opinion if you are one of those people that doesn't give a rip what people think go with the nova it holds more juice.
As much as I realize it was not one of the given options, I am on a twist with a XL Boge 2.0 Carto (punched) in a DCT tank and love it. The slim 3.5 tank is very streamline on the twist and will help with the gawking.
I always had issue with dry hits with the wicked tanks.

I may have missed it but don't think this has been said.......with the vivi nova, make sure you get version 2.5 which pretty much everyone is out of right now. Gotvapes.com will be getting them in soon, and is also getting a mini vivi. Not sure if the twist will go high enough to enable you to get a good vape with all 3 heads though.
The replaceable stardust is the only one of those I would get. The bottom screws off to allow you easy access to cleaning and has the good plastic that shouldn't crack with any juice. The vivi 2.5 does also.
If you like a bottom coil (cooler vape) the ce3's (got vapes calls them the Phoenix), is great, I really love these, but they don't hold a lot. However, gotvapes is soon coming out with something called a Raven. They're in transit from the supplier I believe and should be dropping soon. This uses the Phoenix technology, but does NOT need a syringe to fill it and holds around 3 or 3.5 mls I think. I can't wait to try them.
