What is a good Vg/Pg ratio to use in a Boge Cartridge?

Iv used 100% VG in boges without a problem but it depends on the thickness . Boba bounty is ok but a unthinned vg probably will not be . Id say anything under 70vg/30pg and youll always be fine .BTW its a carto or cartomizer not a cart or cartrdge .That may confuse people . Boge dont make carts as far as i know . Carts are those little plastic thingies that go on a atomizer .

100% PG is best, but you will get good vapes from any thin, clear juice. 70pg/30vg will also work well, but you get less life from a carto the more VG you have in your mix. A good viscosity check is how fast the bubble in the bottle rises to the top when you invert the bottle ... the faster the better!

I get a week typically from a Boge LR carto. If I use a juice with a VG component, I get several days and the draw tightens, so I try to stick with 100% PG.

I suggest you start by mixing small amounts of juice. Maybe 3ml at the beginning. At least till you figure out what works for you.

Around 70pg/30vg is a good place to start. Here some of the things you should know.

More pg = more hit.
It is also thinner and vaporizes at a lower temperature. So it may wick better. It is also more likely to irritate you throat.

More vg = more smoke.

I honestly do not have any juices that are below 60vg/40pg and boges are my fav goto cartos and all i use now . Iv never had any probs with my VG juices and i get a good week or two out of a boge. Juices that are 100%VG are usually thinned with distilled water . Anything above 70/30pg though does take longer to fully saturate the filler but once its saturated its good to go (Give it a good thermo shake ). I had 2 juices that were over 70/30pg that were finicky and clogged the boge after a few days but thats out of all my 50+ Higer VG juices .

I'll second the 50/50 mix VG to PG. I use 100mg nic in PG and between 15% to 20% flavor depending. I find if I mix it any thinner then I run through a lot more juice. That mix seems to be perfect for me but I think if I was constantly hitting on it then I'd want a little less VG. VG also adds a nice sweetness to the flavor of the juice.

Another suggestion for mixing juice, get an atomizer at the same ohm's that you usually vape at. Dripping will give you a good sense of what a juice tastes like without contaminating a cartomizer. This way you can test a few drops at a time. If you don't like it you can easily add flavor or unflavored liquid to change the taste.

+1 .Its really like not even possible to DIY without a couple attys to test with . Im still going through all my flavors individually to get a taste for each flavor and the sweet spots . I drop 20 drops of pg/vg then add one drop of flavor ,vape, add another drop of flavor vape and again and again until i reach my prefered percentage for the flavor . I made a scale

1 drop to 20 drops = 5%
2 drops= 10%
3 drops 15 %
4 drops 20 %
5 drops 25%

Without attys this would be impossible . It really gives you everything you need to know about each flavor but does take some time to do expecially since i have like 50+ flavorings .
