My sincere apologies as I have asked this question before. But I am ready to pull the trigger today and purchase. Last time I posed the question I had a lot who liked the lemo2.

Is lemo2 still good ? I heard good reviews about zepherus as well.

My preferences. Simplicity-I know myself and if it's a pain to build on I don't like it.
I also prefer flavor to vapor production. Most have adjustable airflow so I should be good here I think no matter what piece. But too airy is no good for me.
Finally price. - the 30 mark seems nice to me as there seems many quality products at or near that price. Above 50 will be a stretch but doable so long as it's almost twice as good as the 30$ models.
Lastly - I do have a pv that can go down to .2ohms n up to 50watts but I never ever get flavor at .2ohms. I usually am a tootie puffer. 1 ohm -15 watts

Thank you

I have tried, the eleaf GS air tank, kanger subtank mini, UD goblin V2 and the eleaf Lemo 2.

The GS air tank doesn't produce enough Vape for me. THE Goblin gave great flavor but is a pita to build on in such a small Chamber and it is dual coil and leaks easily . The kanger subtank never leaks, but is a bit too warm vape at the same wattage as the Lemo 2. I prefer the Lemo 2 over all of them so far. I have tried a Kayfun / Russian 91% too but that is more like Tootle puffing to me, not my style.

The Lemo 2 is hands down the best tasting vape for me.

I am still waiting to try a Sense Herakles and a Horizon Artic, heard many good things about them.

I prefer the mini from Kanger. It's the easiest to build on and you have the option to build single or dual coils. The Zephyrus is a dual build deck and it has top fill. It's nice but I like the option. The Lemo 2 is ok in my book. I can achieve just as good flavor from a number of rbas. I use a Subtank Plus as I don't like having to fill up every 8 hours or so. The eGo One mega tank is a good option but temperamental in it has good and bad days. You would need to buy the CLR rebuildable heads for it separately. Good luck with the search.

I recently ordered and received a Lemo 2 and a Billow 2, and started vaping on both of them yesterday. I still have and use my Lemo and Lemo Drop.

For the price, I think the Lemo 2 is a great value. Made for single coil, relatively easy to set up, and, so far, seems pretty leak resistant. With its new adjustable air flow scheme and side/top fill, I think it's a no-brainer.

I'm running mine right now at 1.2 ohms, 18 watts, and it's really doing nicely.

I haven't tried every tank made yet. Please to be noticing the yet part.

But so far...................

Orchid V6. Nice little starter tank. Airy but not really to airy. With the grub screws its like taking the training wheels off for MTLers. Works well with old fashioned juice at high nic like 12mg and 50/50 ratio's. Crazy easy to build on, likes high ohms best with .7 seeming to be a sweet spot. Likes low watts with high 20's, maybe 30ish. NEVER leaks and is pretty easy to fill if you use a needle. Great flavor and decent clouds. Never dry hits.

Super Orchid V6. These you gotta make yourself with a Dremel and diamond points. Its alot of fun. Higher watts and lower ohms are possible. Still a tight draw but can run better juices with lower nic and higher VG. Not perfect yet but theres still more metal to be removed. Great flavor and decent clouds. Never leaks. Never dry hits.

Lemo 2. I have a couple on the way for nickel builds. Can't wait.

Taifun GT V2. Now these are sweet little units. Deck is easy to build on to the extreme. Considered a tootle tank its actually got the airflow to be a decent tank. Stock tank has a million pieces to leak and they sometimes do, bell cap solves that. Can be moody but in trained hands a solid performer. In rookie hands I've had some returns. Great flavor and smallish but very dense clouds. Never dry hits. It doesn't generally leaks but sometimes...........

Kayfun V4. Crap deck. Stupid and useless AFC. Which doesn't matter anyway because it doesn't move enough air to keep a canary alive. Suck on a straw hard them put your finger over it and feel your eyes pop outta your head. OK flavor when it works but some dry hits. And they are outta the clear blue sky and oh momma are they bad. Never leaks until it does and then it drains the tank. The tank itself is great, possibly the best ever, and as luck would have it screws right on top of...............

Silverplay. Great deck. Super easy to build on. Never leaks with a K4 tank. Never dryhits. Never does anything wrong. its always right. Flavor is of another world. Never used it without the K4 tank so I'm not sure if this is a combo that makes magic or what. K4 top fill works perfect. Was my number one tank but has taken the #2 spot behind what next.

Chutulu. This is the honeyhole I've dreamed of. The flavor is just soooooooooooooooo good. Cloudz are good. Deck basicly builds itself, just set it next to a spool of wire and some cotton. Top fill is perfect. Never leaks. Never dryhits. Never a single bad word can I say. No one.

Goblin. Its ok but the build deck is tiny. Way to small for my fat fingers. For that reason I don't like it. Somebody with normal hands may like it.

Until the next big thing comes along. Squirrel...................................................

Actualy I'm not 100% sure whats coming next because until something else changes because todays tanks are already perefect for todays needs. It took awhile to get here but we have arrived. But whatever is next I'll buy it.

Hey family ,

Glad to see the Lemo love. Wow. I never knew. Thanks for solidifying my choice and taking some anxiety away. I'm so sick of spending one penny on stuff that turns out to be crap. Being in this game 6 years I paid my dues being the journeyman and have thousands of wasted dollars on stuff so now I'm kinda extra careful.

I really appreciate those that took the time to help solidify the choice.

I also appreciate the other suggestions as well. I wrote them down and will look into them.

One love family. thanks again.

Depends on your inhale style. For direct lung, of all the RTAs I've used, the dual coil Goblin gets the brass ring. Outstanding airflow/wicking produces flavor like a dripper but with the convenience of a tank. Hasn't leaked a drop, ever, the -ONLY- RTA I can honestly say that about. Similar build deck as an Orchid or Fogger. Drawbacks are it can't be used single coil due to the airflow channel configuration and it consumes juice as fast as a dripper, especially when used sub-ohm. For single coil and or mouth to lung inhales the Lemo 2 would be my choice, above average flavor and a big step up from the old Kayfuns in my opinion with vastly better airflow (no whistling), and wicking.

I have made single coil builds on the UD Goblin V2. I plugged the juice channels on the opposite side of the coil with tightly compressed cotton and have used it like that both ways: with and without the opposite air flow channel plugged. It still gives great flavor this way and doesn't get so hot. I found that with dual coil builds on this atty it gets very hot and drains my battery very quickly since I have to run it at double the wattage I like to Vape at compared to a single coil.

What benefits of nickel builds coolerat ? Or anybody that can answer.

Nickel builds (or titanium) are a requirement to use Temp Control circuitry. They have no place in standard coils. Both Ni and Ti have practically no resistance at all as compared to Kanthal, the standard wire. TC machines use them because they are "high-delta," meaning they change their resistance value with temperature. All metals do this to some extent, but Ni and Ti do it a *lot* and, more importantly, the response curve is nearly linear. This means the change in resistance is very proportional to the change in temperature. This is important in Temp Control mods because they use the changing value of the atomizer resistance to measure the coil temperature so it can be held to the desired value. It is very important not to use Ni or Ti builds in a non-TC mod. The resistance values of these wires is so low there is a real safety risk in a non-TC setup.

Just so you know and sorry if it's already been said by one of the other posters but I find the Lemo really doesn't like builds below 1.2 ohm IMHO. Just a heads up. It's definitely not a sub ohm RTA. My favorite builds are anywhere between 1.2 and 1.5. Great tanks none the less.
