I had the same problem just after 2 months, I got some WTA juice and that got me through the rough spot.

I have a theory as to what happens; there are 10,000 chemicals in cigarette smoke and nicotine may not be the only addictive substance in cigarette smoke. Some chemicals leave our bodies quickly others take time, it may be that some of these other chemicals take 8 to 12 weeks to finally reach a point that we start to feel withdrawl symptoms from them.

Like I said it's just a theory but a lot of people have problems 2 to 3 months after they quit, you're not alone.

Lots of us kept smoking a couple with coffee and one after a meal for a long time after starting to vape. Vaping takes away most of the cigarettes even if you don't really try to quit. You just find yourself not wanting one after a while. When that happens is probably different for everybody.

I did that and should have quit those last ones a long time before I did. After going for a while smoking my after meal cigarettes, one day I decided that they tasted terrible and I didn't want them anymore. I had been purposely comparing them to my ecig for a while. I quit one day and never had a craving for another one. Cut it down to 5 or 6 a day for a couple or even a few months and you can throw them away and never look back.

This can be highly individualized, I'm sure, but the chemical part of the addiction is much weaker the fewer you smoke. The hand to mouth part is satisfied by the ecig.

This is your brain on nicotine

I have a theory that may sound crazy but I noticed the more I vape the worse my cravings get. I think it happens because too much nicotine makes me feel jittery. When i have felt jittery in the past I used a cig to "calm down". I've taken that away so what's left to turn too? Left with the craving for a ciggie.

I could be completely wrong!
