Ethyl Maltol is a sweetener also known as Cotton Candy. Can be bought in pre mixed liquid form or crystals that must be mixed/ diluted. Maltol is derived naturally while Ethyl is man made. Ethyl Maltol is also found in analogs/ tobacco. Here's a supplier:
