I could see myself flapping around trying to get the vapor out of my jacket people around here would dump water on cause they thought I was on fire! ha ha There is no vapors in my small world here, but who knows maybe I can get some to make the switch.

I just posted in another thread a recent story of mine where one of the cops in our offices thought I was chewing on a pen. Didn't even notice it until I asked him, "hey, have you seen many of these out and about?" LoL Yeah, a pen that causes poofy clouds! Definitely proves the 'wide open' theory, tho!
Stealth vaping is what I did all night through my 4 hour design class. And also what I did at the bar after that. Bartender kept asking people where the bubble gum smell was coming from...
Ok, so I am a newb I guess... I mean, is vaping not allowed on planes or in stores? I thought it was ok, or is it just to avoid the hassle all together so you dont have to try and explain what you are doing? When is it a good idea to 'go stealth'?
WOW!! Just tried this and to my suprise it really works. Thank God I was ODing on caffiene.
Why would you want to hide it? I don't get it. I vape proud. It would never cross my mind to try and hide it. Too each their own huh??
The only time I stealth vape is when on a plane. Other than that a huge cloud of vapor is a beautiful thing.
yeah I do it all the time, once you start vaping you forget that you cant smoke in places, and tend to grab it out at all the wrong places, but at least it can be done on the sly... just hold the vapour and release slowly. and no one knows really as they can't smell it , and ifthey see the vapour they are not sure it is what they are seeing LOL
Just hold the vape in longer and then exhale it out slowly...it's not at all complicated.

Most people think I have a pen in my mouth or my hand. No one's ever guessed that I am using an e cig.
Why should we hide vaping? Vaping on a plane?? Taking chances there, they might think it's a bomb. The public is very slow and something that small and produces vapor wow it's a bomb. Your now in jail. Lets put it out there and let them feel good that we are quitting the dastardly analog. 90% of my customers congratulate me on quitting! They can't smell it and no harmfull side affects to a inhaling fog or mist. We are 75% fluids.

The way I look at it...Vape and be Proud! If you feel the need to stealth (which I understand) then simply be descrete about it. If Plumes of "smoke" clouds are what floats your boat then "stealthing" is not for you.
Sigh, soon there'll come a day when people won't need to stealth. Its probably gonna take awhile as knowledge about vaping spreads wider and people get somewhat less superstitious about it. Till then, duck and puff!
